Excellent Experience. As single mom, I was freaking out. Unreliable furnace, working when it wanted to... Our service tech Rick was fast, friendly, and knowledge of my older furnace. We are up and running. Thank you Rick and Aire Serv!

I have used Hi-Qual for many years and was uncertain about them now being Aire-Serv. I was quickly put at ease by their service person. He was on time, explained what he would be doing to tuneup our boiler, and got to work. He finished and cleaned up, then went over what had been done and that no issues had been uncovered. Highly recommend Aire-Serv.

Absolutely fantastic company and such a pleasure to deal with and with personal family touch that can't be beat.
Today I dealt with technician Don Hill who went out of his way and went above and beyond with helping me out with my AC issue today.
Thanks also to Dana who made initial contact with me on the phone with replying to my service request and also Rick in parts.
Look no further and this is the way to run a business which today is so hard to find and I appreciate that and I thank you.

The men were on time, friendly , polite, professional, and very knowledgeable. They explained what they were doing and why it was necessary.

Bill was our service technician. He performed maintenance on our furnace. Very thorough and explained everything he was doing and why. Very happy with his work. Hope we get him in the spring when they do maintenance on our a/c unit.

I had my furnace die on one of coldest days of the year. Called Aire Serv at midnight, talked to the technician - Bill Swan who showed up in 1 hour. He diagnosed the problem, returned at 8am with the draft inducer to be replaced and my problem was solved. He was fast, courteous, friendly and on time. Excellent service.

I went home last night to find my house a balmy 80 degrees that managed to get worse overnight. I called AIRESERV this monring (previously I was a Simon & Heating customer) and the customer service agent on the phone was fantastic. She had all my previous records explained the change of ownership and best of all was able to schedule an appointment for me at 10:30 & told me to expect a call when the technician was on his way. Not only did Rick call but his previous appointment finished early so he was able to get to my house before my actual appointment time. He was very polite, extremely knowledgeable & very efficient. I was impressed and won't hesitate to call for any future services needed. I would highly reccommend this company based on such an excellent experience starting from the moment the phone was answered this morning to when Rick walked out my door with the air conditioning up and running!

Technician was very friendly and explained things thoroughly. Very efficient and provided great tips for me to get the most out of my system! Will definitely continue to use the company for all my HVAC needs!

Called two other companies before them, not one wanted to help. Not AIRERV they came out gave me same day estimate, install day within a few weeks, and one day install. Everything 100x faster then the other companies. The team that came out was A+. Asked question to insure I was happy with everything the whole time. Respected my property and animals; made sure gates and doors were closed. Cleaned up everything afterwards. Walked me through both systems so I understood everything. Just really happy I found a company that respect their customers. The front office taking the calls, Tucker with the estimate, and the install crew….everyone was above and beyond in customer satisfaction. Hard to find companies still like this today.
