My furnace kept shutting down the day after Christmas. I called them in the evening and left a message. They called me back that evening and since my furnace was working at the time, I made an appointment for the next day. The tech was on time and very accommodating. He quickly diagnosed the problem and fixed it. I'm very happy with Universal Heating and Cooling.

Horrible Customer Service! I purchased a furnace in March 2017. I had 3 service calls for this unit in March. November 2017, no heat! I call to schedule a service call, no one answered. I called back an hour later and spoke with Wayne. Rude, disrespectful and condescending was the tone of the call. My furnace is under warranty but a technician can not come out until Monday, today is Thursday! I asked to speak with som else and have been on hold for 37 minutes and counting! Never will I do business with Universal again! I will be requesting a replacement!

Mike responded quickly after my very old heat pump “died” suddenly. He assessed the problem and offered solutions. I decided to replace the heat pump-he gave various options to consider without any pressure, which was much appreciated. Tonya, in the office, was very nice and helpful and arranged to have the new system installed the next morning. Mike,Dillon,Donato& one other (forgot his name)-the universal team arrived on time, were nice & courteous and did a wonderful job. Left everything very clean,explained how to operate the new system-which is working great. Very pleased !

I have a 17 year old furnace. Had another co. Come and tell me that i needed a new one. Universal came out for a 2nd opinion and told me that i do NOT need to replace the one that i have yet. Also gave me an estimate for when it does need replacement and their price was much lower than the first company. I greatly appreciated their honesty and would therefore recommend them.
