Universal Heating & Cooling came about 45 min after I called on a cold cold Saturday afternoon. The guy that came was very helpful and fixed the problem very fast & efficient. Was happy with the service and the prices were reasonable. I would def recommend :)

They are consistently on time respectful of our home . They talked to us this last time about the age of the furnace and the eventual need for a replacement, But the furnace is 25 years old and I credit their service as the reason for this length of time. Our heating costs for a 1700+ square foot home is less than $700 a year due to their keeping it running efficiently.

Have used Universal heating for a few years, good customer service, reasonable pricing on services and on time when they say they will come -they are very accurate. I would definitely recommend Universal heating if you are having issues with any of your heating or central air concerns.

House warms up like it is supposed to , Technician seemed competent . Universal Heating has been to my home numerous times over the years and they have always resolved any heating or cooling issues I have had .

I have been a long time customer of Universal Heating. They are friendly, courteous, prompt and very professional. I look forward to my reminder call each spring from the office. Mary is a gem! I would not have anyone else.

Absolutely HORRIBLE customer service! I will never in my life do business with this company again. I setup a service call to check the heating problem in my new home, when the tech arrives he discovers that the gas is locked from the outside and I would need to contact RGE. (That was it, he was here for 1 minute and never came in my house) I am then hit with a bill for $90. I called the owner to discuss this execesive amount when no service had been performed, (I even offered to pay half) the owner laughs at me over the phone, threatens to call the sheriff if I don't pay in full and mentioned "our company has a problem when YOU PEOPLE try to beat us down".
I am beyond disgusted with this company.

I have been doing business with universal heating and cooling since 2006, they have always been professional, courtious and reliable. When i call for a heating issue they have always been right there. A very dependable/ trustworthy company!
