I have use this company for years, they are always prompt, courteous and efficient. Prices are fair if not inexpensive.
They are also very accommodating.

Servicec done 10/2020, best pricing, had a few quotes done. On time, professional, and done within a timely manner. Would definitely use and recommend services.

Always had a good experience with Universal Heating. The office staff and technicians are always knowledgeable, prompt and friendly. They do the job right the first time! :-)

I called at 11pm for a leaking water heater and it was fixed the next day by 10am, at the normal service rate. They also service my heat and a/c and I couldn’t be happier.

they are the worst mistake i have ever made, i called them to install a hot water heater, even though they did the job, they also left their business on the floor of my basement. if you want to know what i meant by business one of the guys that came had pooped and left it on my basement floor and it was about 2 days after they left when my younger brother was washing his clothes and he noticed that it smelled terrible and when he went down there, it was a a big pile of poop and it it was smelling up the place and it is slowly smelling up my house. I called and talked to a guy named Chad and he argued with me telling me that his guys didn't do it and that either me or my younger siblings and even my mother did it. i was totally enraged that he making it seem like I'm crazy, so now they won't come back and clean it up and the health department won't do anything now we're stuck to clean it up. it smells so bad that now i can't keep my 2 month old son here because I don't want him be smelling that smell, so he's staying with his dad. i must say this these people are disgusting people and even care about the health risk there are. All iI know i won't ever make the mistake and hire them ever again and i suggest you don't either.

Im a third generation customer with Universal,I have nothing but great things to say about them.Great Family of people,that takes care of my family every time for far less than competitors.

Love the company Russ came out took care of my furnace in a timely manner also great of him to check the AC and all the other components dealing with heating and air on time as usual and was very safe with the coronavirus going on I highly recommend the company family friendly family first

After cycling through almost every heating/cooling company in Rochester I have finally found the one that answers the phone, actually shows up when they say, has experienced technicians, isn't over priced, and has excellent customer service. Thank you Universal Heating!!!
