Total Comfort Heating And Air Conditioning

Our A/C unit stopped working mid-day on Wednesday. We contacted Total Comfort's customer service department. They advised us that we would receive a return call within 30 minutes. Approximately 20 minutes later, we were contacted and we were provided with an appointment for 10 AM the next day.

Ken arrived at our house at 9 AM on Thursday.. Within one-half hour, he found and corrected the problem. What great customer service they provide. We are so pleased that we choose Total Comfort to replace our furnace and A/C unit.

Great experience as always. Total comfort has cleaned and serviced my furnace and now my A/C unit to keep in good working order. I also had work done with them through NYSERDA and got added insulation. I had to have someone come out to look in my attic for what I thought was an animal. Luckily, no animal but the contractor said that my attic with the blown in insulation was the best he’s ever seen.

These guys were amazing. They came out on one of the hottest days, quickly diagnosed the problem and had it fixed in about an hour; the price was very reasonable and much less than I expected. They were very professional and friendly and explained everything each step of the way. I will definitely be using these guys for all my Heating and AC needs!

I am genuinely amazed at the excellent service I just received from Total Comfort. I had a furnace issue in the dead of winter, my house was cooling down quickly, and a couple hours later I'm back up and running. The response was fast and friendly, the service was thorough and clearly conducted by an expert, he helped me understand exactly what was happening (I saw for myself) and how it will be fixed, and I can honestly say I completely trust the advice I received because he clearly knew precisely what he was talking about. Never mind that they were the lowest price quote I received among several local businesses, but with the service I received tonight, I am now a customer for life! Total Comfort is THE BEST in Rochester.

Had an appointment set up today 7/12 @ 2pm to clean out the furnace and fireplace. Gentleman calls my wife (while at work) and leaves a voice-mail asking if it was OK to come early. She made the appointment to go around our child's nap schedule, along with our healing dogs schedule from surgery. Guy said he took another client before us and assured us would be right around 2pm or a little after. Never showed and I closed the front door. Terrible communication and would NEVER use this company again. Very unprofessional!

These guys were able to start replacing my central AC and furnace the day after I received the quote. Other companies were quoting me 1 to 3-4 weeks. The installers were knowlegeble and fast. They were able to get the whole thing installed in 1 1/2 days.

We have now had Total Comfort perform over 50 furnace inspections and install four new furnaces for our management company. We have yet to have a bad experience! Every single person in the office is professional and prompt! We really appreciate all the attention to detail that total comfort has provided our offices and look forward to continue working with them in the future!

Ken is amazing. He's an honest business man. He'll walk you through the process to ensure you understand the contract work at hand. What I appreciate the most, Ken came back to my house days later to inspect the work of his crew. In doing so, he found some minor things he will have his crew address. That's good business!!!!!! Not to mentioned the crewmen were very respectful of my house/space, taking shoes off etc. I highly recommend Total Comfort! Home Depot's estimate cost more for a less impressive unit.

Great experience! Arrived when promised, diligently and expertly diagnosed the issue with my boiler system. Ken graciously tolerated me hovering while he worked and explained patiently the issues. My heat was restored and the cost was surprisingly reasonable. Based on this service call I can recommend Total Comfort Heating to anyone.
