Lost heat, called Total Comfort and tech arrived within the hour. Was very professional and followed all Covid precautions as well as being very respectful and personable. He knew within minutes what the issue was and swapped out the blower motor and I had heat again. Highly recommend!

This is now my 4th time using Total Comfort and as an out of State property owner I can't tell you how reassuring it is to trust a company in the blind from hundreds of miles away. Once again Kenny and his team did an excellent job diagnosing, repairing and even providing my tenant with temporary heating units while the parts were being shipped. From fair pricing to quality service I won't hesitate to keep using Total Comfort in the future for all my HVAC needs.

In March 2017 we purchased a house in Hilton. We now have two homes but the Hilton home will become our primary home in the future. My wife and I are both in our 80’s and the likelihood is that my wife will be alone in Hilton for some time in the future. While our furnace, AC and hot water were working fine, the AC and the furnace were 18 years old. Since we can now replace these we decided to do so now rather than burden my wife with a failing unit in the future. We started with our furnace. After contacting several companies we signed on with Ken Kalke of Total Comfort.
We signed on with Ken because he gave us a good deal, as did others, and he also could offer a strong manufacturer’s warranty. But most important we did so because we liked and trusted Ken and felt he was very sincere about caring about his company and his work.
Our furnace is now in and working well. We had a minor glitch after the install and Ken came up and spent time to fix it and he did. We feel we have a good unit and we have a fine company. If all goes as we expect, then we are ready to replace our AC, Total Comfort will do it.

I had a New York state energy audit. They found I needed insulation in my attic and basement. I needed a new hot water tank and it had to be vented out properly. They looked for all the areas where my house was deficient in energy and where they could help repair and replace things. I got new smoke alarms and carbon monoxide detectors and long lasting energy efficient light bulbs. They were a godsend. They were professional, on time, polite and such a pleasure to have in my home.

Excellent experience with new furnace installation. Respectful, knowledgeable people. Came on time as scheduled, professional in every way. Respected my home, not one thing out of place or left behind after they left- could not even tell they had been there! They took time to explain the new equipment and thermostat. They invited questions. Service after the sale is a huge part of satisfaction, so I will be watching.

I couldn't be happier with Ken and his team at Total Comfort! My AC stopped working on a Friday with 90 degree heat and they showed up that day to fix it for me! When I called they scheduled me immediately and they were extremely professional. I highly recommend these guys!

Total Comfort Heating and Air Conditioning do excellent work. The furnace stopped working on Saturday night. The owner Ken came out on Sunday to look at the furnace. He said it needed a new thermostat wire, and he could install the wire. He did an amazing job.

Dave was the gentlemen that came out to diagnose the issue. I had replaced a few parts over the years and couldn’t figure out what was causing the most recent issue. Our furnace is over 25 years old now and certainly needs replaced. Dave was very thorough and found that part of the gas valve was not functioning properly. After wiggling the connector around and pinning it in a spot that was responsive I decided to use it like this until we absolutely decide to replace the unit. He was completely supportive and gave me all the information for when we decide to replace the unit

We have used them for our own central air and were so pleased that we continue to refer them to others. Last night I had to ask for an urgent call for my father with a possible CO2 leak. Ken went out first thing in the morning and spent an hour with my Dad helping him out. This is a very friendly, helpful company. Thank you for the outstanding service.
