Very happy with the time frame they came. Repair guy was kind to offer to put something over his shoes going down to unfinished basement. Cleaned up and waited to make sure heat was working. Great service representative that came. Highly recommend.

They make every effort to make the customer happy and are very precise and neat with their work.

So far, the service that I have received from this company are as follows: they have replaced my dryer venting system so that venting is going outside (I was using an indoor venting system), cleaned my furnace, replaced several light bulbs, and installed a Smoke Alarm and a Carbon system. They will be installing the heating system and the thermostat sometime this month once my loan is approved.

We were getting very little heat from our furnace, called Total Comfort to make a house call to diagnose the problem. The technician (Taylor) came to our house and found the problem.
They had to overnight the part which came in the following morning and we were up and running by noon. Thank you Taylor!
