Jacob Jobe was our technician and he was fantastic! Very personable, professional, explained things thoroughly, took care to cover his shoes, and went above and beyond to make sure everything was in order; he also came back to take care of an unexpected issue so we didn’t have to wait. I highly recommend! The company also responded very quickly for a routine maintenance we needed to get done in a timely fashion. Very appreciative of the excellent customer service!!

I was unhappy with my previous heating and cooling company so went on a search and found Total Comfort. What a gem. I had Jacob come out to do my furnace maintenance. He was very knowlegeable and answered all my questions. Even found a small gas leak leading into the furnace. The prices seem fair and within what the competition charge. Service is exceptional. Pretty happy to have found this company. Purchased the maintenance agreement and will use them going forward for my heating and cooling needs.
