In all the years that I've had services done, even in my prior home, I have never seen such service. The Tech. was way beyond meticulous in cleaning and servicing my furnace. He was Awesome! Since I've used Total Comfort for my energy audit; I've used them now for a minor issue with my furnace. I have called the company who put the furnace in and they didnt call me back so I reach out to Total Comfort to which got back to me right away then came to my house within a couple hours time assess the issue and fix it. If anyone who is looking for an honest, friendly, and prompt on time with heating or cooling Total Comfort is who I recommend.
