Total Comfort Heating And Air Conditioning

I have used Ken for all things HVAC for several years. His customer service, technical and energy credit knowledge and timeliness are second to none. With Total Comfort Heating & Air Conditioning I am not made to feel like a small fish in a much bigger pond. This has not been my experience with the larger HVAC companies in the Rochester area. I highly recommend.

We called Total Comfort for a duct cleaning in our new home. The house was built around 1915 and the ducts were disgusting. The guys showed up, explained what they would be doing, and completed the job in a very professional way. The price was great which was so helpful with all the expenses that come with buying an old home. They included a furnace inspection as well.

Total Comfort was responsive to my need on a cold weekend. Taylor, the technician, was polite and knowledgeable. He quickly assessed the problem and made the necessary repair. Set up an appointment with Taylor to come back and to give my A/C a preseason checkup in the Spring.

The service-person (Adam) arrived quickly at my house. He was most pleasant and cheerful. He was thorough in checking out the possible problems with my heater, and quite articulate in describing how different thermostats work. Six stars easily.

I received a coupon for air conditioning maintenance and, since mine had not been done is several years, I called for details. I was given a decent price for a "package" deal that included a/c and furnace maintenance. I am a senior on a fixed income and when I looked at the budget, realized I could not afford the package. I did stop in to sign up for the a/c clean using the coupon. I was explaining to Rosgene I was on a fixed income when Ken stepped out and indicated I may qualify for some New York State programs based on income. I took the required paperwork down and they processed it; I was eligible. I had never heard of these programs and was delighted to find I could get some assistance. Ken and Rosgene were absolutely wonderful; pleasant, courteous and knowledgeable. These people are beyond wonderful; I can't recommend this business highly enough!

I want to thank Total Comfort. They are amazing my energy bill was lowered and my house is safer after the gas leaks were repaired. I highly would recommend them to my friends and family.

Our A/C went out, I called the company that installed our system but they told me it would be 9 days before they could send out a technician. Total Comfort was there within an hour of our call and we were up and running 45 minutes later!

On one of the hottest days of the month my AC decided to stop working. I called in the morning and by 11:00 and very nice man was at my home determining what was wrong. He determined what he needed, returned to the office for the part and came back to install it. The cool air returned and he took the time to explain each phase of what he did t correct the issue.

Did a great duct cleaning job and humidifier installation. He was quite meticulous and paid close attention to detail. Also, very knowledgeable on air purification. My dust allergies feel better with the cleaning and humidifier. Would highly recommend to others!
