I was getting quotes for getting AC installed in my house. My first quote came back more than we anticipated.

A friend recommended Mark. I called him and he was in the next day. He came and looked over my setup and quoted us about 30% less than the other places.

He and his crew were in and out of our house in three hours and they were sweet guys. Handled our dogs wanting to know what they were up to. Very professional and got us scheduled quickly. If I could do more stars, I would.

After getting quotes from the typically big name HVAC companies and being absolutely blown away by mid summer AC install prices they wanted, my wife and I thought we were going to have to continue to suffer in a house without central air. Luckily we were referred to Mark by a mutual friend. He came in and was listened to our needs and future plans and was able to install the correct size units by exact same manufacturers the other companies wanted at a very fair price. We replaced our furnace with a HE unit and installed AC! Best money we've ever spent. Since then we have had Mark back to service our units, add on duct work for our newly finish basement, add on a humidifier and referred him to many satisfied friends!

Mark came to deal with a squeaky furnace. He made an appointment with me within an hour of my call; he was very personable and his fee was reasonable. He fixed the problem with no issues and gave me great information on the upkeep of my very old furnace. I would recommend this man to anyone.

Mark came in to offer a second opinion on the status of our central A/C unit. He confirmed the diagnosis and found an additional issue needing attention, then proceeded to order parts to replace the unit and the repair the power issues, all in a timely manner and well within our budget. My a/c stopped working on the 4th of July & there was water all over and there was also a heat advisory alert! I called Mark Brown at 8:00 a.m the next day & he was at my home by 9:30 a.m. and quickly fixed the a/c! I mentioned I was shocked he got here so quickly and he told me it was because he was on VACATION but he helped me out any way!!
