A courtesy call was made prior to his arrival, and very much appreciated. Upon his arrival the technician (Tyler Hess) was extremely professional and greeted us with a huge smile, hand shake, and eagerness to help us better our heating & cooling system. He spent the first 5 to 10 minutes explaining exactly what he was going to be doing. Then he asked for a tour to see where all the vents and returns were located in each room. He advised it would be about a 45 minute set up, and then the work began. He was very careful not to get any of the contents from the vents and returns into the house. He was extremely knowledgeable, informative, polite, and courteous. This young man is truly an asset to your company. I hope you have some type of recognition program in place where Tyler and ALL who do great work are recognized for their efforts. I would definitely give Tyler and this company 5*. Thank-you!

I've been an Isaac Gold Seal customer for many years and I am very satisfied with all my dealings with the company and the individuals who arrange my appointments and service my system. This service call was no exception. In the middle of a hot and humid July 4th weekend my A/C died. The first available service appointment was for today at at 3pm. Steve the technician arrived early and set to work. Unfortunately the well stocked truck is not ready for every failure but a quick trip to the shop and he was back in business and in short order I was too. My home is much more comfortable now thanks to the Isaac Team!

The appointment was for arrival between 8am and 9am, at 7:25am I got a call that they were on their way and they were on site at 7:45am getting familiar with the location and set up and started work around 8am. There were 3 guys and 3 vans for the project and they installed a new Lennox furnace, Lennox AC and an Aprilaire humifier. The 3 of them were various levels of apprenticeship and they worked smoothly together communicating with clarity and kindness as a team. The quote created a month back was detailed and thorough and everything was installed as the quote indicated. At the close of the project they walked me through what was installed and how to replace filters and any interesting aspects about the project. They then worked with me to set up the new thermostat and taught me how to use it. In total, I'm very pleased with the Isaac team and highly recommend them.

Isaac’s service department was exceptional! Hot water heater burst and was discovered at 6 pm. Jon walked me through how to shut off and empty the tank, and their experienced service tech was out by 8:15 the next morning. Excellent communication via phone and emails. I’ve been an Isaac customer for almost 15 years. Great company! I highly recommend them.

The services provided by Hunter(heat pump installation) and Matthew( electrical panel replacement) were very professional. They were courteous and friendly, answering whatever questions I had. I have no complaints and couldn't have asked for a better experience.

Our technician, Liam was excellent. Very professional and really took his time performing maintenance on our AC unit. He identified a problem with a drain in the furnace and worked to fix it without causing a larger issue. We have always been very happy with isaac and the service. Very professional

Three Words – “Continued great service”. As an Isaac GoldCare Club member, I’ve written quite a few reviews for the different technicians who have serviced our furnace, humidifier, air conditioner, and gas fireplace. They have all been excellent and I could copy and paste the best of them for the current tech. Josh was friendly, efficient, and knowledgeable. He also gets extra credit for working with ease around a very curious four-year-old. Isaac would be my top recommendation for anyone reading this review. I’m not looking forward to having any problems, but they would also be my first call for any of the other services that you can find on their website.

Great experience with Isaac from Mike in Sales to the "two John's" who completed my new central air and furnace installation. Everyone was on time, explained things as they progressed, made sure I agreed and was pleased with the work as they progressed and completed the job on time and cleaned up and debris or mess. And most importantly, the price was great. Highly recommended. Thanks Isaac!

I would like to thank Hunter and Bobby for there professionalism and knowledge of the work they have done. They were very respectful and professional of there job and I am very pleased. They explained everything on on how the new system works and very personable when I was watching them work. I would recommend these guys to anyone because of there work ethic and determination because they want to make the work correct and efficient.

We called Isaac yesterday morning (7/4) when our monitor screen was totally black. Joe from Isaac called and said he be here in 20 minutes. He resolved the problem within 15 minutes. Joe was kind enough to show us how to resolve the problem. He checked all our systems before leaving. We now know how to fix the monitor if it ever happens again. He also requested to keep track if this problem happens again and make sure that our Isaac crew be aware of it on August Services. All big THANK YOU toJoe.
