Damon did a great job with our yearly maintenance on our furnace and air conditioning. He was very knowledgeable and took the time to do a complete maintenance. He also was a pleasure to talk to.Our experience with Isaac has always been respectful and through. Top notch.

Recently had a ductless ac / heater installed on the second floor of our home. The install was done correctly with no issue. The guy’s doing the work were professional and respectful. The only issue we have is with the external unit itself. When we first met with the salesman (Jeff) we originally wanted the external unit on the same side of our house as the current central air unit. This way it would be hidden and not an eyesore. He was concerned that if the new unit was installed there that it may be too far from where the head unit would be located on the second floor and we could run the risk of it not working properly. He talked us into having it installed on the main side of the house next to the driveway. After further discussion with him we were assured that it wouldn’t be a very large external unit and that would sit on a stand about knee high. We could easily fill in with some bushes around it and it wouldn’t look too bad. Now I’ve seen these smaller units at other homes and we decided to move forward. $10,000 later when I tell you that the unit is literally 3/4 the size of our 15 year old central air unit on the other side of the house I wouldn’t be over exaggerating! This is an absolute eyesore! This is not what was presented to us. If this was what was originally presented to us we would have passed and looked for other solutions. The best though is that he reached out to us after the installation and I mentioned our disappointment and how we felt that we misled and would you believe it that we’ve since been ghosted…!? It’s funny how all along he was so quick to respond. He literally responded back to us on Mothers Day within 15 minutes of our text. To say we feel taken advantage of is a understatement. Needless to say we will be upgrading our central air, furnace and hot water tank over the next year or so and we will not be using Isaac.

I did not realize this was a 24/7 service and waited until the next day. The representative was very understanding and I could tell she was genuine. My service contract had expired last month and we somehow did not get the notice.....NO PROBLEM!!! she renewed my plan and a tech was at our house in a matter of a few hours. I know it's not winter but my home felt like it. Now it feels perfect.

Shawn, William and Isiah did a fantastic job in removal and installation of hot waters boiler. They put tarps down to protect floors. They installed a complete system from new thermostat to electric. Workmanship was great. I would recommend Isaac and these 3 to anyone.

Liam was terrific! He was very responsive and patient to answer all the questions we had on the 15-20 year old units. The office staff were also wonderful, rescheduling the appointment. Cannot say enough positive comments about Issac Heating. Would definitely recommend them

Jon is very knowledgeable. I had questions about changes to our current high efficiency gas furnace, once it's time to replace it and Jon gave us recommendations as to new units that are now available. He cleaned both our furnace and AC unit. Jon also gave us information about Isaac's Gold Seal plan. Overall, we were very satisfied with our service.

Young man arrived on time was very polite. Answered any questions we had. Explained what he was going to do with
the A/C. Did a very nice job and left everything in a neat and
tidy condition. Very pleased with his work.

The Isaac team called ahead to announce their arrival and showed up on time. They explained exactly what they were going to do very clearly and asked if I had any questions. They performed the install quickly, cleanly and as quietly as possible. The finished product looked great and they explained the ins and outs of the new system before they left. Overall a great experience as everyone I dealt with including the estimator was very professional and up front with the work that was going to be completed. I would definitely you them again in the future.
