First time home owner, had a tech come out to take a look at my HVAC system. Sold me on the gold care package, I specifically told him that i do not do contracts and if this is a month to month. He assured me it was not a contract and I can cancel if I needed to. I am currently facing hard financial times and asked to cancel my plan after paying into it for a year, they responded with indifference and did not care about my financial situation. Even threatened to send me to collections if i dispute the charge. I do not recommend this business to anyone. They are deceptive and unprofessional.

Technician Brian Kleinhammer went above and beyond to make sure that the job was perfectly completed and that I the customer was happy with the work accomplished. He did maintenance service on the boiler, air conditioning unit and generator.

We’ve Been experiencing issues with our tankless water heater that we installed about 4 years ago. Dave came and explained very thoroughly to me what he thought the problem might be. He was extremely professional and worked diligently to resolve our problem. I believe our issues have been resolved and we were so happy to have steady hot water back. Thanks to Dave and his knowledge and skills! I will request his services whenever we have issues with our water heater or our furnace/air conditioner.

Our furnace stopped working overnight. I called Isaac at 6:00 AM. Someone answered my call. A technician was scheduled to report to our house between 3 and 6 PM that day. Chase called me around 1:00 PM and said he would arrive at our house in 15 minutes. Once at our house Chase told us what he was going to do and why. He found the problem and had it resolved by 3:30 PM. Chase also scheduled a future consultation with a representative to discuss purchasing a new furnace, as ours is over 21 years old. Isaac did the original installation of our furnace and has inspected, maintained and repaired our furnace ever since then. Their commitment to quality products, great service and well trained employees makes them our choice every time. You can't beat their Gold Seal Plan for taking advantage of all their services and making it affordable and convenient.

Performed the annual inspection of the a/c unit (which is a perk of the Gold Star plan). The Technician said everything looks good now but suggested that we give consideration to possibly replacing the unit in the next year or two. Will schedule a date and time to review potential costs for the future. Thank you!

I had an old gas fireplace insert originally installed by Isaac that was not working. I hired Isaac to clean it & to see if it was viable & signed a 2 year service agreement. They made 3 trips to get it to work. My initial impression was they were on time, professional, & knowledgeable. The insert would only work intermittently, then shut off. Isaac referred me to Four Winds as they believed the problems were with the chimney liner. Four Winds determined the insert should never had been installed as it was not suited for my fireplace. I had Four Winds remove the old insert & replace it an electric one. I made two recorded phone calls to Isaac, explaining their findings, offered the report & pictures. I asked to be released from the second year of the service agreement & be refunded the second year’s cost. I was told I would receive the refund, but that I needed to call back. I did, several weeks later, was told the service agreement manager was away & someone would be in touch later. Since then I have heard nothing. I felt I was asking for a fair response to a difficult situation. At this point, I am very unhappy with being put off twice & having not received a refund.

Our 22 year old furnace decided to quit working on Wed. morning, just a day before our biggest snowfall of the season! We called Isaac Heating late in the afternoon after not being impressed by another company that came out. They sent out Project Manager Jon at 8am the next morning. Jon called us himself to confirm the appt. He was right on time very informative, professional and easy to talk to. He gave us an estimate, explained their financing and answered all our questions. We decided to go with them 10 minutes after he left. He set up the installation for the next morning at 8am and explained how the install would go. The guys, Hunter and Nick, were here right on time the next morning and didn’t stop until 4:30pm. Nick actually had to work outside to replace the AC during a snowstorm! They were both so professional and friendly. When they were finished Hunter took the time to explain everything that was done and to make sure we knew how to operate our new system. They cleaned up everything before they left. Jon even called us to make sure we were happy with everything! We can’t thank all of them enough! We will definitely be recommending Isaac to all our friends and family and will continue to use them in the future. Judy & Roy M.
