To say that the service technician was dedicated does not meet the mark. The man took time to respond to my emailed questions helping resolve an issue personally the day before his nuptials. I highly recommend!

Jake was right on time. He did a super job tuning up my ac , clean as a whistle , checked for a noise when turning off and put in new furnace filter. He really cared about my concerns and I felt confident with his explanations. Hope he will come again next time.

Brian, a great Technician, concerning my Lennox AC unit. after first determining the issue, he placed orders for replacement parts, notified what was to happen next and made sure everything was clean and secure.
Brian followed up with me the next day and then completed the installation of the replacement parts, added refrigerant, made sure the compressor and evaporator was like new and retested my system.
I cannot be more pleased with Brian and Isaac heating. BTW, the Gold Maintenace program is worth every penny.

He was GREAT. We had been having on going issues with our furnace and having to change filters every month. He did a thorough study of the situation, with several suggestions. We had him complete his suggestions and there has already been a change.

ISAAC is an overall good company. It is expensive and you get what you pay for. In the end, the way to go.

My Issue:
My newer Lennox heat pump turns on intermittently for short bursts at unusual times. It is very loud and draws hard on home electricity, upon starting and dims lights.

The Results:
My technician was one of the most informed I have worked with.
He added an active load to smooth the home power glitch at no charge, and the problem is better. I have the situation as "open" and on the radar as a possible Lennox issue/balancing the home electrical loads. My adding foam tape can reduce some of the rattling noise.

My Thoughts:
Requiring an active load likely means the heat pump design is insufficient or my home isn't meeting some expected standard. No customer should have to deal with supplier quality/design, or installation issues. I have had intermittent starting on the two units I have owned, and this problem is seen occasionally by dealers.

ISAAC has been of help both times. If I didn't have their "gold" plan, the bills would've racked up.

Called Isaac’s on call service at 6am and said they would be opening at 7am. The office staff called me at 6:40am. Stated a Tech would come between 12pm and 3pm. Tech came around 3:10pm. Office called at 1:30pm and told me he would be there closer to 3pm. Tech was professional and found the problem with a faulty circuit board. So glad everything was covered by warranty. Anthony did a good job and recommended we get a service contract. Did some research later and found that it’s a good idea to have one.

I had water on my floor where the furnace is & Brandon came to take care of that problem. He ws very pleasant & knowledgeable. In addition, he checked all the heat runs to make sure they were open, told me something about the thermostat that I wasn't aware of, and also about the pipes running from the furnace to the heat runs. He went one step further and brought my garbage cans from the street to my garage door (as I have recently had back surgery) without my asking him. In checking this morning, the floor was dry of any water. Job well done!

Josh was great, made contact before arriving and arrived earlier than I was expecting! Josh explained what he would be doing and then went to work. He was very customer friendly and was more than willing and capable to answering the questions we had. He was very professional and competent! Thanks Josh for all your help and professionalism.
