My furnace went out at 11:00PM. From the very start the people at Issac were simply incredible. The woman who answered my call at 11:00PM. was very understanding, she set my mind at ease and assured me someone would be out.The technician Jeff who was on call that night called me and told me his schedule. He got to my home at 4:00 AM and couldn’t have been nicer or more helpful. He got my unit running, showed me the problem and we decided it best to get a new unit. The next day, Jon the salesman called and came out…on a Sunday! He was great and helped me decide what was best. A good salesperson is a godsend-and that was Jon. Truly top notch! On Wednesday Zac the technician and James his assistant did the install and they couldn’t have been more courteous or professional! They had a few others stop over to help who’s names I can’t remember-but they were all great.
If you have a furnace or an air conditioner-use Isaac-don’t bother calling anyone else…they are a top notch organization!

James and Chris did an incredible job on the heat pump yesterday. On time and left house spotless . Especially impressed with how they leveled the depression where the outdoor unit was placed.

We had our AC unit replaced and they were extremely helpful and professional. After a really bad experience with a window consult we had our guard up. But everything went smooth and easy and our total cost was under what we were expecting. Over very happy and will be using for all future services.

As an Isaac Gold Care Club Member I recently received excellent same day service when my furnace failed. The Isaac technician was very knowledgeable and efficient In restoring my heat. Many thanks to Isaac and the technician they sent.

Very pleased with service. His knowledge of service contract and savings was really good. He took the time to answer all my questions and showed me how to operate new thermostat. Sal was thoughtful and courteous.

Today they connected the bathroom exhaust fans to the outside, added more insulation in upper crawl spaces, and blew in some insulation. All my encounters with Isaac's thus far have been extremely positive. Their workers are very personable, willing to answer questions and ready to explain the what's and whys of what they are doing. What a great company, all because of their great employees.

I just had my air conditioner serviced. Darren was very thorough and informative. Nice to have a friendly face at my door so punctually on this rainy day. Highly recommend Isaac heating.

James and Chris were the technicians who installed the furnace and heat pump. They called before they came, worked throughout the day, and made sure that we understood how the system worked. They were polite and professional. Additionally, Allyson Ricci, the digital assistant, was very helpful with the rebate and warranty information process. I thank them for their professionalism and pleasant manner.

Dave was exceptional of his knowledge of my furnace. When I said I didn’t remember any other service rep doing all things he did, his reply flooded me. He explained that they have different was of doing things but he is a numbers man. I knew what he meant, the numbers confirmed accurate settings. My system is old but running like a top. I’m a happy camper and pleased with his job. I would very much like him back next year.

That 24/7 access thing is true, and be prepared to have them come even earlier than expected. Maybe it's because they are not so far off from my house. Regardless, that was as personable a service as it gets. Kudos, Will S., that heater works better now, and I appreciate you setting up the energy audit for the very next day. You have to love it when folks genuinely want to help. Keep it up !
