American Plumbing was so responsive to my emergency plumbing and HVAC needs. The staff were friendly, professional, and honest. I would use them again and again!

Ricky Martinez was great and responded to my house twice overnight and early morning to make sure my problem was fixed

Called about a plugged toilet, at 9 am. Repaired quickly and at a reasonable price before 11am

I can replace a faucet myself. But the aches and pains of my age thought using a professional plumber would be easier. They were professional and did show up as scheduled. However, they insisted the entire faucet needed to be repaired for a leaky sprayer. Well ok but their estimate was near $700. New faucets with the same brand name to they offered cost about $150. It doesn't take 3 hours to replace one faucet if they have the right tools. So I said no.i then went to a home improvement store. They didn't have the right type. So I looked at sprayers only. Bought one for under $20. Got already to disconnect line for old sprayer when I thought I would try just the sprayer head itself to see if sprayer leaked. Fixed. No leak. All for about $680 less than estimated. If I eliminate the cost of new tubing it cost me less than $10. I still got stuck with a $59 dispatch fee. Normally I would think that is fair. But I would also expect a fair and honest estimate.

Now they did say I could buy faucet myself and they could install for $300 plus dispatch fee.

The thing is a new faucet was never necessary. In spite of their showing up on time and being courteous, I have to give them ZERO STARS.

Cisco was great! He explained what he was doing and helped after he was. Quick and fast service. Can't it.

We're about to leave for vacation in a couple days and and had a laundry pump go the night before, they responded immediately and were earlier then expected. Definitely will use American Plumping and Heating again.

never talk much YG guys 3 of them had keep asking them what are they doing and how they felt about bleeding of the radiator seem to me they were walking on egg shells not holding a conversation they were like whispering was not impress trying to make easy money not worth 159.00 for 20 min don't I'll stick to the plumbing 😂got home they never turn the thermostat back on I noticed at 8 p.m. 8 pm my eighty-year-old mother was freezing when I got home I'm disappointed I am disappointed on this today2/1/23

I'm happy to have found this company. I had a bunch of issues come up in my new home and after a hefty price for repair quoted from the first company. I reached out to American for a second opinion. I ended up working with these guys for a fraction of the price. They are funny, professional and seemed genuinely concerned with my situation. I will be using them for all my future plumbing and heating needs and Im sure will there will be plenty.

Ricky did a great job . He actually told me that one of the 2 things I asked him to do, was not necessary and didn't charge me.
