I own a duplex in the city if Rochester, my upstairs tenant complained about a clog in their toilet. I called American Plumbing Heating and Cooling to see how quickly they could respond and solve my issue. The women who answered the phone was a pleasure to talk to and was very helpful, I called at 2:20pm on a Tuesday and their tech (Chris) arrived at 3pm. Chris did great work and was very quick, a simple job for plumbers but a nightmare for homeowners. The plumber was very pleasant and efficient, he was able to take credit card payment on site and the prices were very fair especially for the speed of service and sense of urgency they showed! I officially found my go-to plumber moving forward. The situation was not ideal as a homeowner but American Plumbing Heating and Cooling made the situation very pain free. 10/10 would recommend.

When I heard the hissing noise and saw the water on the basement floor, I knew something was wrong. Having already utilized American Plumbing, Heating and Cooling for a minor furnace repair during a cold spell in September 2022, I was already familiar with their services. I discovered the disaster in the making at 8 p.m. and Cisco arrived before 9, quicker than expected. He brought a new water heater because he knew the consequences of not replacing the nearly 14-year-old water heater that had blown out from the bottom.

Cisco was honest about the price and I am glad I invested in a new water heater, which was installed by 10:15, again exceeding my expectations.

The old saying, it's better to be safe than sorry, rings true here. If not for Cisco's fast and efficient service, I can only imagine the worst case scenario.
