I cant say enough about American Plumbing, Heating & Cooling. Mike, Chris & Merrit went way above & beyond to not only fix a burst boiler pipe and tub leak, assisted me with talking to my insurance company and they went out of their way to come to Buffalo from Rochester quickly when I had a few other concerns. Not only did they address the issues I was having, but took the time to point out some major issues with my heat pump system that another company recently installed. Mike cared enough to stay with me when I called NYCERDA to request an inspection for the shoddy job that had been done. I ABSOLUTELY WILL recommend American Plumbing, Heating & Cooling to family, friends and anyone looking for an honest, caring company and will also call them again for additional projects. They are professional, knowledgeable and really care about their customers. A+++++

Sisco came over to diagnose the extreme amount of water in our sump pump. He installed a new pump in a timely manner. He was very knowledgeable and professional. Would def recommend!

After a cold winter storm left me with a leak, Cisco and Doug were able to come the same day I called! Not only were they responsive and professional but kind and respectful as well. I will use them again, and recommend them highly.

They came backthe next day ,had a large job in the basement.
Had to replace plumbing, and re route it.
They did a great job ..

Merritt and Michael installed a kitchen sink, faucet & dishwasher for me. They were very professional and knowledgeable. They were "on time", efficient, and personable. I would/will hire them again.
