Technicians arrived on time, did an awesome job of installation, answered all questions and were courteous and professional and friendly. Tim and Mike did the job and cleaned up the mess.I would recommend this company to anyone needing plumbing work done.

I had a sewer line backed up and completely overrun with roots. Called out a different plumbing company and they didn’t fix the issue and left a mess, called American and Justin came out promptly, temporarily fixed the issue, and walked through my options for permanent repair (full line replacement). The process to replace line was delayed by issues outside of American’s control but Justin kept me in the loop the whole time. When they were finally able to come out, they did a great job. Will definitely use again for any plumbing issues, hopefully not for a while.

Grateful to have them available on short notice on a Sunday, and a holiday weekend at that.
