MY basement was backing up sewer.
Called Tuesday at 10 am.
Gentleman answering was very nice and could have plumber here 2:30-4:30.
Tech got here 2:35 pm.
I live in Kenmore NY and our yards and surrounding area is known for wet yards,
My grandfather always took care of house, as I live in house I was born in.
Back to Tuesday, we don't have sub pump. Well he came, replaced a extremely old lid to the main pipe in basement, cleaned up. I was so happy for his honesty, advise. I hope he was happy with the nice tip my husband gave him... Highly recommend, and will definitely recommend.
