Ongoing issues with Robison's ability to meet their contractual expectations under their very expensive service contracts. They were unable to resolve ongoing heating issues which is an issue during the height of winter. Office refused to reimburse cost of contract. Stay away.
This company is overpriced on everything. They give you this first year promotion for oil, but you should get out right after this 1st year, they screw people on prices. A lot of techs should get 5 (and not all of them), while customer service is 0 most of the time. Why this company is in top rating, have no idea… they should be really at the end of the list.
Their maintenance team is very good, their pre-paid prices are OK but their "market price" pricing is outrageous, more than $1/gal above the competition. Make sure you check the price you're paying.
A technician came to my home when the heat went out last winter. He cleaned a piece and did not fully service my unit (even though I pay for the annual service plan) or check the system. As a result of this negligence I had a massive flood in my basement two days later. I had to get water remediation services at my house and had to pay out of pocket. Robison is now refusing to take responsibility for this, and is charging me for their error. Their take on it is that the two things that happened are unrelated. This is not the first time that dealing with this company and their negligence has caused a leak in my home. I also had my AC serviced by this company (and paid for the annual plan). They "serviced" it and then water started coming from the ceiling because water overflowed. According to them, also not their fault. The annual maintenance plans are not properly serviced by this team. BE CAREFUL!!!!
Just had my first maintenance visit. Larry was absolutely fantastic. He took his time and explained everything along the way. I am very impressed with the level of detail and time spent to make sure everything was functional and to certain standards.
Larry was very professional and helpful. Furnace needed repairs and he was able to repair problem in a timely manner. Very helpful with questions that I had about oil tank.
I signed a service contract two weeks ago with Robison. My boiler went out last week. The tech, Keith came within two hours. He found a few issues, fixed them and had me up and running within the hour. So far so good. I am happy. I also locked in a fair price for the season, compared to local oil companies.
Very disappointed with Robison Oil, it’s a threat what they are doing with the customers, I did sign a contract agreement for a lock-in price for oil service from Sep 23, 2021 to Sep 23, 2022 and on Nov 30, 2022. I got a oil delivery, I called them because I didn’t order any oil and right now I’m out of contract, and they said to me that I made a phone call agreement, that after the contract finishes a auto delivery service continues, and now they can’t probe of any audio with auto delivery agreement with me and now they are charging me 136.9 gallons that I never order at $5.39 per gallon. Very horrible customer service with Tara who is a manager in that department. Be careful everyone with Robison Oil.
