We rarely have trouble with SpacePac, but it suddenly stopped cooling, just when summer was cranking up.... We called this business almost at random in our emergency, and Rod was, luckily, just finished with another job and able to schedule ours. He was prompt, knowledgeable, pleasant, and just the guy for the job. We are now feeling very fortunate in our cool house, and grateful to this company for making it so readily possible!

We are on the Arctic Mechanical annual plan. Our AC unit went out yesterday afternoon in the summer heat and after a call this morning, they sent out a technician (Nelson) same day that diagnosed and solved the issue getting us back into the cool air. We greatly appreciated the quality and promptness of service.

I had several companies quote the price. Arctic air was the most responsive, quick and professional. Their price came in more competitive too. Overall, very happy with their service. I have owned 6 homes (a bit of a serial renovator) and have replace most of the HVAC systems.

As new homeowners, we felt very overwhelmed when we realized we needed a new furnace. Brian was incredibly helpful throughout the entire process, guiding us on the pros and cons of several heating systems and scheduling an install date within days. Everything went so smoothly and now we can enjoy our home! We truly appreciate Brian’s honesty and care. Highly recommend for your heating and cooling needs, even if you don’t know where to start!

Called in the morning and pleasant young lady set us up for service. By 315 same day, Nelson was smiling on the way out. Couldn't have gone better. Arctics whole team from beginning to end is top notch!

Arctic mechanical is a great company. Our heating system went down, and they responded immediately and were able to determine the issue right away. It was an older system, and often hard to diagnose, but they did it quickly, fixed it and we were back with heat! They were priced nicely, and the attention to our concerns were met perfectly. Nelson and Tom were in tested the air conditioning install and were out with no mess left behind. Nelson even screwed in a screw that was holding the vent cover that had never been screwed in since it's installation about 15 years ago. They were efficient, polite , clean and capable. What else could anyone ask.

The installers came on time, removed the old unit and installed the new one. They left their work area clean and we were very happy.

Christina and Lisa made the service call a joy! Great explanation and completely reliable! The service techs that came were super knowledgeable and explained everything and answered every question we had. Never fun when the heat doesn’t kick in but a simply replacing parts fixed the problem. We highly recommend!
