Arctic installed my AC. My compressor was too weak and they swapped it out for a more powerful compressor at no extra charge. Great people to work with, very nice and professional.

A/C had a leak and he found it quickly.

My washing machine was not dispensing hot water. Ken did some research on GE washers and ordered a part. The problem was not the part nut the way the washer works. Ken figured out the remedy and I now have hot water wash. Ken is very patient and very helpful.
