I highly recommend Arctic Mechanical. I did an extensive search to find a company that could install ductless units in my home. I chose Arctic because of their professionalism and customer service. Doug addressed all of my questions and developed a proposal that properly met my needs and fit my budget. Al installed the units and was incredibly professional and helpful. The units are working well and I am thrilled.

I cannot say enough about the professionalism and level of service from Arctic Mechanical. They did a great diagnostic on my issue and were able to quickly schedule me for the service needed. I had to have a complete HVAC replacement, and while expensive, they walked me through every aspect of the job and were willing to work with me on pricing. I highly recommend working with them for your HVAC needs.

Arctic Mechanical was just great!
The were able to come by when our furnace broke on a Friday afternoon in January 2022

Service Tech went out of his way personally to make the visit even though it was inconvenient for him.
He evaluated that we needed a new a furnace and connected me to the office to set up a Weekend Repair.
The Tech went out of his way again the next day on Saturday to drive to our Condos Gate House to get another contact phone number because Arctic had been unable to reach us to.
The repair could have actually been done on Saturday but because we were unable to be reached, the Replacement was scheduled for Monday.
A two person team arrived on time on Monday. They installed the new furnace and removed the old furnace in just over 3 hours. They were very professional, courteous and clean with the install.
Our Condo House was back up and warm again later that evening.

We just got our Air Conditioning system replaced by Arctic Mechanical Heating and Cooling (Equipment: 5 ton American Standard/Trane Condensing Unit and Variable Flow Air Handler).
This was by far the best home project experience for us. We felt very confident about this company right after Doug came for estimation. He was polite, professional, an expert obviously, not pushy, and really cared about customers. His customer focus was above and beyond, he responded to my many email questions about the project even on weekends. Arctic’s pricing was competitive and the detailed estimate Doug wrote was crystal clear. Work started within the promised timeline, no surprises (despite supply chain issues). The technicians were just outstanding, both Al and Sarkes were very skilled and did high quality work. They respected our house, made sure all flooring was well protected, and finished right on schedule. Their installation work exceeded my expectations and that goes for every aspect of this project.
