As a first-time homeowner selecting the right contractor to work on my home was nerve-racking to say the least. BUT...when I hired Mark Pauletti, owner of Arctic Mechanical, I was finally able to exhale. It is so refreshing to deal with a contractor who is not just honest, but also knowledgeable and skilled in his craft. Over the past 4 years, Mark and his highly proficient technicians have done all of the HVAC work at my home. This included an outstanding job upgrading an outdoor condensing unit & indoor coil, running new duct work in a recent renovation, and installing
Mitsubishi ductless units.

Mark is patient, responsive and timely with questions and concerns. He thoroughly explained my options and made sound recommendations that left me feeling reassured that I made the best decision; not to mention the prices were extremely reasonable.

Arctic mechanical just installed a hydro air system for me and I am very happy with the work. I called costco and they are costco's chosen vendor for my area. The system was installed within days and the engineering work was very impressive. Communication with the management was excellent too. Highly recommend it.

Arctic has been providing me with reliable service for five years. This includes the installation of a large unit in the living room and the servicing of a second unit which was installed by a company which longer provides services in my building. Arctic has been a contractor for the building for many years and their long history in Westchester should give you confidence that they will be there when you need them.

I wanted to replace my 15 year old HVAC systems for both floors and Arctic Mechanical was among the most competitive quotes I received among various HVAC dealers. Brian from Arctic was very knowledgeable, courteous, prompt and explained the various options available for replacement in great detail. I settled with Lennox top end models for both floors through COSTCO program with promotion.
The technicians from Arctic were well trained, come in marked vans, wear uniforms, arrive on time and installation process was very smooth. Everybody ranging from sales, accounting, scheduling, installation (Brian, Jeffrey, Christina, Jason) were great to work with and had wonderfully coordinated to complete this project of replacing HVAC on both floors (two systems) a great success. I am truly enjoying my Lennox signature series!!

From the start of the process Brian Soukup was extremely helpful, he listened to the issues mentioned and was able to recommend solutions. He was extremely responsive which I really appreciated. Great company and team, thoroughly enjoyed and appreciated the professionalism.

I was told I need an entire new unit costing approximately. Six to $7000 by a technician from a company I will not name. In speaking to Jeff at Arctic mechanic and asking for an estimate to replace the entire system he asked me what was wrong with it which I did not know. He told me someone should check to see what the problem is. This was done and I was told immediately that I do not need a new air-conditioner, and that my capacitor was burned out. The capacitor was replaced in five minutes and the AC is working again. Thank you for your suggestion Jeff!

I love Costco. These people install for Costco so the love and worry free feeling transferred. They were friendly and did a great job replacing my old ac unit.

Arctic was timely, efficient and effective. The two servicemen, Johnny and Mario, were top shelf.
