We had 3 really old systems that needed replacing so Arctic handled all three of them at once. It took them about 1.5 days for everything and we were really happy. Systems are working and they were friendly and prompt.

I think it helps we did this before the summer rush but we're really happy with the service!

Arctic Mechanical Heating & Cooling just finished installing a Mitsubishi ductless heating and AC system in my home and I want to thank everyone involved. Great experience. Brian Soukup, who was my sales rep, was excellent. He was responsive, provided great value and followed-up on every single question we had. Brian was honestly one of the best sales rep I have ever dealt with. The mini-split cooling system works well and I am glad I went with these instead of central air.

We encountered a problem when another HVAC company mishandled the building dept. application process. A family member had used Arctic for heating and air conditioning work so we contacted them for assistance. Doug and Jeff worked with us to complete the proper application process and developed a plan to install central air into an old house. The installation team of Doug and Tim were timely, professional and neat throughout the installation process . We are enjoying the comfort of the new system - more importantly we have found in Arctic a company we trust for our heating and cooling systems.

My air conditioning system stopped cooling at the beginning of June. Arctic Mechanical had done a good job of replacing my daughter’s heat pump, so I gave them a call. They quickly came to my house and submitted a proposal. When I asked about a date for installation, Jeffrey told me that the work couldn’t be started until July. I panicked because a family member has a health condition that is seriously aggravated by temperature extremes. With hot weather coming soon, I needed to have the new air conditioning system installed as soon as possible. Jeffrey worked his magic and was able to schedule the installation for about a week later. The crew did an excellent job and left the house in great condition. You would never know they had been there. I am so grateful to Jeffrey and the Arctic Mechanical team for responding to my emergency so quickly!

We used Arctic for full replacement of furnaces, AC units, humidifiers, water heaters and filtration systems. The works! We went through Costco and they were not the lowest price vendor, but the quality of the system they were selling (Lennox units/Aprilaire humidifiers, etc.) as well as the fact that we knew we could escalate to Costco was worth the premium (they were the second lowest out of 4 quotes). Installation was done efficiently with a crew of 4 installers. They were done in 2 days and made certain that one zone of heat (furnace) was operating at the end of day 1. The only concern was - from my perception - they installed A/C units with 6-8 inches of snow on the ground. To be fair, they dug out area with shovels and out the new units on pads to raise them up, but with the units brazed, even small movements on the ground underneath could result in problems down the line. That said, everything else about the install was great, from being punctual to cleaning up. I would recommend them.

We had 2 Diamond Elite contractors look at our home. Doug from Arctic impressed me right away by asking "where do you really live in this home." He then designed a system to fit our lifestyle. He also did an accurate btu calculation while the other contractor recommended one that was wildly overpowered. The installers were professional and clean and did a great job with our 4 Mitsubishi units. We love the system. Highly recommended.
