Arctic Mechanical

I have used Arctic Mechanical for 11 years +. They always attend callouts promptly and whether it is maintenance or repairs, their technicians get the job done, no fuss.
Today Nelson came to repair a gas furnace that wouldn't ignite. There were two issues which he diagnosed and repaired quickly.
Recommend.

tl;dr: Workers were professional and informative, the work was super responsive, and they fully resolved my issue by the next day.

Longer version:

We noticed our heat wasn't working on Wednesday Night. Thursday afternoon we called Arctic Mechanical, and they sent a tech out within an hour of our first conversation. The tech diagnosed the issue, was very honest about everything he was seeing (and walked me through what he was seeing to make the diagnosis, explaining along the way), and gave me an approximate cost for just the parts that we would need to replace.

I opted to replace the heating unit entirely (it was almost 20 years old), and they were able to schedule me for the next morning. So within 30 hours of my initial conversation, I had a brand new heating unit fully installed in my condo. I was impressed with this speed, because these days parts shortages and long delays are extremely common.

Nelson came quickly and took care of my problem. He is very personable and kept me informed of what he was doing and gave me good simple instructions for how to care for my air conditioner. I will use them again.

I have always had exceptionally good experiences with this company. This last visit was typical of that: Roderic patiently and expertly diagnosed the problem, then solved it. He also took the time to explain to me what he was doing, and alleviate my anxiety about our heating issues. I always have an excellent experience with Arctic Mechanical, and will use them again.

Arctic Mechanical is an outstanding company. The tech that arrived at the house was on time and had the office call me to make sure he was at the correct address. I forgot his name, but he is extremely professional and explained all the components of the boiler and water heater to me and answered all my questions. Very friendly and it was a pleasure meeting him. I will definitely continue doing business with this company because they truly understand what CUSTOMER SERVICE is all about. I cannot say enough good things about Arctic Mechanical and our salesperson that was with us from start to finish- Doug. He went out of his way to ensure that we got the best system for the best price and that the installation was smooth and successful. He even came over when the electricians were doing the tie in to ensure everything was being set up correctly. I have never experienced service like this before. Highly recommend and super happy with the ductless AC system that was installed!

Luis at Arctic Mechanical has been to my home on 2 separate occasions and provided exceptional service. He's professional, efficient and was always able to resolve the issues.

Tony from Artic Mechanical came to service my central air, which had broken down on the hottest day of the year. He was professional, prompt, very personable, very thorough in detecting the problem (a wire shortage that caused subsequent damage to the control board) and most of all, he was respectful of my home and sincerely patient in his explanation of the problem, how he and the company would go about fixing it and how to operate the new wireless thermostat. If I ever need to have another service done, I will certainly utilize this company and will specifically be requesting Tony. Additionally, communication with the office was seamless regarding scheduling the service call, communication about pricing and the process. The ladies were very understanding and prompt in their communication/responses to me. Overall, a great experience. Would definitely recommend Tony!

Replace HVAC system. The crew came in on time and surprisingly, finished the installation of a new HVAC system and i-wave air cleaner in less than 8 hours. Amazing guys! They left the machine room cleaner than they found it. I highly recommend Artic Mech. for your HVAC needs!

I had two Mitsubishi ductless systems installed in 2016 by a contractor that misrepresented its ability to install them correctly. One system worked. . . but unfortunately, the other one consistently failed. I made the difficult decision to completely replace the latter within less than two years of initial install.

This time, I made sure to go with a Mitsubishi Diamond contractor. Arctic is one of few in my area. Arctic's client list is extensive and reviews were great. I'm happy to add my own 5-star review to the heap.

Brian, the sales rep, was knowledgeable and willing to work with me to come up with the most cost-effective approach. I particularly appreciated his advice to relocate one of the wall units. Understanding how cold it had been (brutal!), he was able to work with his coordinating office to prioritize my job. The install team, led by Al, was thorough and clearly experienced with these installations. Excellent customer service, excellent results.

The difference in performance of my heating system has been night and day. This was an expensive process, but one that I don't regret- thanks to Arctic.
