They were flexible on the day and time for the appointment. The serviceman called in advance and showed up as planned. Chris was very polite and professional. After installation I found the cooling speed was slow for the 2nd floor, they sent a technician and fixed the insulation of thermostat. I was quoted a price for parts and labor and when a more expensive part was needed not only was he quick when he had to go to supply house the original price that was quoted was upheld witch I thought was very cool .Thank you for hard work at the end of a hot day..
