These guys are the ONLY people I would use for HVAC needs in the area. Besides installing a fantastic, efficient boiler and hot water heater, they designed and installed a complicated floor-by-floor Mitsubishi heat pump system and a few split-system units so that I could heat and cool a large house in zones, as opposed to using the main heating system. (I had no cooling system prior to installation). Mark, Craig, Doug, John, Al, and all the others who were involved in this 18 day project (they worked Saturdays during this period, too) were fantastic: communicative, courteous, and most importantly, designed and installed an expert-level efficient and amazing system. Our AC went out during the hottest days of the summer. It was 95 degrees, and we were dying. Thank goodness Nelson came along and fixed the problem quickly. He explained everything to me and made sure I understood what he was doing and why it was important. I am so grateful that we got the AC back before going into several more days of 95 degree heat! I recently had ductless heating and AC installed into my garage and everything is perfect. I worked with Doug a few weeks ago, he gave me his professional and honest opinions on what I needed to get the job I wanted done. After agreeing on what we needed to do we promptly scheduled the install and the installers were great as well. Very caring and they made sure they did the job exactly the way I wanted and needed.

I can't say enough about this company.Ida left my basement and HVAC system in shambles and dealing with FEMA was a nightmare. Then along came Mark. His patience and support and willingness to speak with FEMA made it possible to start rebuilding. I have never worked with such a great group of people. They went the extra mile from start to finish with patience and compassion. They're service and work are top notch. I would recommend them to anyone a thousand times over.

I hired Arctic to install two heat pumps and air handlers. They were super professional and very knowledgeable on the Heat Pump technology.

Luis did a fine job. He is well acquainted with the central air/heating systems in my complex. He is the only service tech that I need. He advised me to call back in September so he and another tech can do a thorough cleaning of the outside vents and service the heating system.
