A little problem with the response time from Robison Central to get the project scheduled, but once it was scheduled the service on site was excellent. Sergio was courteous and efficient. Valves were replaced on my water system quickly and they look and work great. Now, I won't worry about leaky valves damaging my furnace unit. As always, the service itself is impeccable.
Maybe this will actually get me a call back. Robison charged my credit card early for a renewal of a service contract which I did not want as I found a cheaper place. Was told that it takes 5-10 business days to get a refund. 3 weeks later still nothing. Called again today was told that the department that does the refunds is very busy today. Still no call back. Watch out for their scams about auto billing. I had over a week left on my contract and they automatically billed me without my approval. Who knows how many people they scammed without other customers knowledge

Finally got a refund. The manager who I talked to finally was able to do it. In total the process took about a month to get my money back. With that being said the customer service people were nice but the amount of time and hurdles that had to be jumped through was a pain. Plus my constant calling
Customer service on telephone was very helpful arranging same day visit by technician. Technician was prompt and observed all health protocols. He was patient and thorough examining and servicing our boiler and explaining some maintenance directions. I would highly recommend the Robison service team for their expertise, professionalism and patience.
Dan was nice but did not resolve the issue , I was bait and switched said I needed a new thermostat and I did not He told me the wires were no good and call an electrician and I did,once electrician came he said the wires were fine and so was my old thermoset he was there about 10m in and fixed it. I never needed new thermostat or wire. So I was conned into getting it, or he did not know what he was doing the electrician said it was easy fix, and thermostat was working good. But he was nice and polite hopefully this was a one time mistake, I hope they do not charge me for this as it was never broken.. I will see. I feel like I need a 2nd opinion when ever I call and that is not a good feeling.
We are fairly new customers to Robison. But so far they have been great! Carlos has been the technician who has shown up a couple of times now and he is very knowledgeable, professional and friendly. I look forward to being a customer of theirs for the future. Thank you.
The service professional was friendly and really genuine. He was cool about our oversized but very friendly dog, too! He worked on our A/C system for almost 2 hours and determined a small issue. He gave us some alternatives, including one that was least disruptive (we chose that one). I felt like he really cared and wanted to just educate us with options so that we could make an informed choice. Great customer service, as always.
Robison is my oil service provider. Over the last year or so I have also contracted them for 2 major jobs, removing an oil tank from my basement, and replacing my old ginormous boiler. Neither was an easy job as my basement does not have exterior access.
I can’t compliment them enough for their professionalism in every aspect of these jobs. Filing permits, quality of the work and just as important cleanliness of the job. The latter being a top concern as all traffic had to go through our kitchen to get down the basement steps.
The removal of the old cast iron boiler, in 5 - 300lb sections was completed without any issues! And the new boiler with all the reworked electrical and plumbing components went in without a hitch. Plus the job was completed on time as promised.
Additionally, I had to have a chimney inspection as part of the permit requirements for a boiler replacement. Robison partnered with A chimney specialist (Guaranteed Home Improvement) who were also extremely professional. I have had many chimney companies at my house over 30 years, and most if not all are very suspect. Not this firm. They took complete pictures of the interior of my stacks and went over everything with me. And then took pictures after the work was completed.
I’ve had nothing but bad experiences with Robison. Terrible customer & technical service, and it seems as though there’s no communication from the office to the service techs. It takes 2-3 service techs to address the same problem, and they never call to say when they’ll be coming. Today I got oil delivered and the technicians damaged a stone wall on my property. One of the Robison techs told my husband he could call and get a contractor to fix the problem for free. Then a (different) Robison employee yelled at my husband, saying the stones had been loose and that it wasn’t their fault. He proceeded to kick the remaining stone wall. On top of this, he didn’t even fill our tank half way. I’m done doing business with Robison.

Robison kept in touch with us through the whole process.The technicians on all 3 visits to our home were very helpful in explaining all the problems. They did a complete check of our unit before leaving. I would recommend Robison Oil and a big thanks to the Techs.
