Robison

We've used Robison for many years and most of the time we've been happy with their service, but this last time their plumber who came to our house to replace a pipe, in the process of replacing it, made another pipe leak and Robison wants to fix the leak at our cost....the leak that their own plumber created. They're expensive, I can't afford to call on for another service and pay hundreds of $$ for something their employee has done. We haven't had before this kind of issues while using their service, but this one time it has been a total disappointment. They should stand behind their customers.

I have been using Robison for gas for many years and have been very happy with their service.

The technicians are nice and seem knowledgeable. Their service center, oil delivery people, etc. all seem to have issues with communication and follow-up. We’re likely switching companies once we resolve our latest issue with Robison.

Got a new AC system in 2019 from Robison - cost circa 10k - 2 zones. 2022 spring 2nd floor AC broke down. 5 weeks without AC ( upstairs ) and 5k plus to repair. Not covered under warranty. Asked to speak to a supervisor but did not get a call. Perhaps no ones fault and we got unlucky - but as I keep being asked to write I review here it is. No issue with the repair staff at all. All seemed very good.

Although Robison charges high prices for fueling oil namely six bucks a gallon the service I received for checking some faulty ventilation was excellent. The tech got one vent working by removing an unneeded damper then diagnosed what we needed to repair the other vent. I am probably going to get screwed with labor costs in repairing the broken vent despite me being s long-standing customer but I am sure their techs will do an excellent job. I was very satisfied with the tech who came to check our vents Now I wish they could lower my fuel bills before I go on welfare.

My experience with both Robison staffers who came to my home for original checkup plus oil burner service was superb. Both people were gracious, attn to detail galore, so professional, and superb communicators. I was very positively impressed.
Plus they laughed at my corny jokes.

Larry from Robison was an excellent technician. My boiler was in need of a regular cleaning. Larry went the extra mile in servicing and made sure that everything was performing adequately before he left. He was clean, courteous, and took the tile to answer all of my questions before leaving. He made my first experience with Robison a good one.

Larry is professional, courteous and very knowledgeable. Great job as always.

Needed Saturday service thankfully Robison was able to help in a pinch. Unfortunately the tech that came out was so incredibly rude I would not use them again. Why intentionally add insult to injury when I’m dealing with a broken AC in the middle of the summer? Currently they hold the service contract for my furnace. When that runs out I will be moving to another contractor.

Terrible customer service. Scheduled and confirmed a cleaning with them a week in advance and when I called to confirm the time, they indicated they had nothing scheduled. They then told me they would reschedule me for the next day... feeling suspect, I called them to confirm right away only for another person to confirm that they didn't have me scheduled for tomorrow and that I was scheduled for the following week. Save yourself some trouble and go with another provider that knows how to schedule and won't waste your time.
