We had been a Burke customer for over 20 yrs, but their pricing, even after trying to negotiate, was outrageous; and service was spotty. Came over to Robison recently. Our pricing is now very reasonable, and the service tech in just one visit took care of all sorts of noises, knocks, and issues. Claimed that Burke installed mismatch parts, and I believe him. Anyway, happy we made the move to Robison

Amazing service that you can trust. I can't say enough about how much I appreciate the service manager Nick and field tech David that recently helped me stay warm and save money by taking the time to trouble shoot and helping me plan future maintenance. Customer since 2006.

Called for an intermittent heat service call and the tech arrived promptly and diagnosed problem as possibly either a bad circulator pump or a bad controller. Couldn’t be more specific. Recommended starting with the pump to see if that solved the problem.
I called back to ask for a second tech opinion as both are $$$ repairs and I didn’t want to replace one and have it then be the other.
I was told another tech visit to get a more specific diagnosis would require approval by a manager and I would be called right back. That was 4 days ago.
And for the record they wanted to charge me almost $1k to swap out the pump which my plumber did in about 45 minutes for under $400. And of course that’s on top of the $300 I just paid them for the annual service contract, which of course didn’t cover any part of this repair.

They will lie to you and about you. Filed complaint with CONSUMER PROTECTION AND WESTCHESTER COUNTY BOARD OF PLUMBING EXAMINERS AND COUNTY-WIDE PLUMBING LICENSE.

March 2022, scope: Remove two existing gas boilers and indirect water heaters and replace them with Bosch Singular 4000 and Bosch Singular 5200. They partially installed two Bosch Singular 5200 boilers. Two weeks later they sent me a bill for the balance of $19,895 and an email stating that the job was completed pay the balance due. One year later they have not returned to complete the installation.

We have no heat. We have hot water because they installed electric water heaters that leak and cause property damage.

Although it was not an emergency, the Robison crew was quick to respond and within 24 hours they had replaced my thermostat giving me the confidence that I would not be without heat. Great job and great people to deal with!
