Devon was excellent; professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. He performed annual maintenance for my mitsubishi ductless heating and cooling units and it was obvious he knew the system well. He answered questions technicians from other companies were unable to. He taught me things I can do to optimize performance between maintenance visits and helped me understand more about my furnace (oil). As a female homeowner I was grateful for the extra time he spent to do this. This is the first time I used Holbrook Heating and Cooling and I was very impressed. I plan to request Devon for future maintenance.

When they installed the system, and all the electrical problems turned up in a completely unrelated circuit. They sent out a journeyman electrician who did all the appropriate tests. He then entirely honestly said this is not making sense to me arranging for a master electrician to look at it. I was impressed by both his honesty and by the depth or service Holbrook has.

Very good services and responsible to fix issues on time and keep efficiency and the technicians is very nice. while the furnace and ac under warranty , as long as you keep yearly maintenance, the repairs including labors and materials are free. Even installations at the beginning more expensive than others but it worthy to hire this company.

Kyle did an exceptional job. He is knowledgeable, and stayed into the evening, making sure the job got done right. Mark followed up after the job to make sure we were happy customers. Holbrook is the definition of a professional outfit.

Arrived on-site exactly on-time - fantastic! Performed the expected maintenance actions, then did others to make sure everything was working correctly. Explained to me what they were doing. Technician was friendly and personable. Cost was as quoted and well worth the money. Received invoice that listed everything they did. I plan to see them again next year for the annual A/C maintenance.

Holbrook's service agent was extremely considerate and knowledgeable of my furnace needs. Maintenance annual services are reasonably priced. I will definitely schedule them to return next year.

Katrina spent hours working on my boiler yesterday and was honest and very hardworking. I appreciate her so much for doing all she possibly could when I know she had many other customers to attend too

Prompt, courteous and efficient service from installation to service call and resolution. Very pleased with Holbrook Heating and Air Conditioning. Whitney in office and Quentin in service and the installers knowledgeable and pleasant to work with. Time will tell if relationship stands.

We were competitors with each other many years ago, it took several days to find a contractor to even return my call for this project at our firehouse. I drove by Holbrook vans at a job in Lansing, hit me like a brick, I know these guys. One phone call and Cole was at our station in a couple days. Great workers, very neat, and a wonderful installation.

Technician Justin was excellent at diagnosing and repairing several issues with our furnace and thermostat. And explained everything as he went along. Would recommend him and Holbrook to anyone.
