The Serviceman actually came early, he called first to let me know. Quentin was polite and professional during his visit. He serviced the oil furnace and water heater, explained exactly what was done, and left the basement cleaner than he found it. Thank you Holbrook for sending a great Service Technician!

They have also installed up to date features on our heating system. They have maintained all of the above for many years. I am very satisfied with their products and service.

After calling Holbrook for a minor furnace issue, our technician, Bronson, pointed out an area that might be a concern in the future. He suggested replacing a part in the near future so we agreed to order the part. Only two weeks later the old system failed and flooding began. Thank goodness Bronson caught this early as the part was available and they installed it immediately. His attention to detail and knowledge of the system was incredible. We’re grateful for Holbrook, their technicians and the quality of work they provide.

Put glycol in my hot water lines so they won't freeze should we lose power for an extended amount of time. Super knowledgeable, professional and friendly. Highly recommend!

Kyle V did an outstanding job when performing yearly A/C system maintenance. His knowledge base was nothing but top notch. He cleaned the outside compressor unit like it has never been cleaned before. When he was finished he asked if I had any questions regarding his service and he more than satisfactorily answered all questions I asked. I was extremely pleased with his efforts and professionalism. Holbrook should be highly commended for having such a professional on their staff.

We highly recommend the Hollbrook Heating. Jeremy Cornue was amazing to work with. He was honest and professional, promptly responded to questions, and made the installation and removal of our boiler a smooth process.

Phil and Tyler were incredibly professional and service-oriented with removal and installation. They were patient in explaining how the system worked, and even changed the location of the thermostat to better regulate the house’s temperature. That was above and beyond our expectations. They also wore masks, which we really do appreciate, and were very friendly to our very curious dogs.

The entire family was a little surprised at the noticeable improvements within only several hours of the installation. Several months have passed and we are still very pleased.

I've had the pleasure of receiving two very knowledgeable and professional technicians. On seperate occasions, Jeff and Jeremy came to assess our home for heating then cooling. They were both very considerate in the way they entered our home. They were both detailed and thorough with the information in which they provided us. They answered all our questions, gave us options as to different routes we could take with different systems, and explained how these different systems worked with what we currently have in our much older home.

My husband and I are very fortunate in being provided this type of honest, reliable, and quality service, which is not a common occurence these days. Quentin and Jones removed my no longer needed heating oil tank from my basement which required draining the unused oil out and cutting it up in 3 pieces to get it out.
