We can count on fine service from Holbrook. Very pleased when Trina Bowers just did maintenance on our two furnaces and our A/C unit. She answered all my questions, gave me some tips on keeping our systems up to par, was very efficient and even taped up some duct work that installers of our latest furnace overlooked. Paul Pagliaro

Very happy I called Holbrook. Ryan S. And his team were the best. No nonsense, professional, and fair. Ryan was exceptionally good at making me feel like any question could be asked. He truly demonstrated his years of HVAC experience and customer service with a friendly and helpful attitude.

Holbrook employees came out twice in one weekend - the coldest weekend of 2023 so far and repaired my furnace. They were kind and thoughtful and I was very pleased with the service. Trina and Brian were very dedicated and stayed late on Friday evening to fix things. Kyle V. was exceptional and I appreciated his extra attention to the issues, and his willingness to stay late on a Saturday evening after a very long day covering a large area of customers. We had an issue with our A/C install where we were unable to get heat after the installation was completed. After a phone call to Holbrook's answering service, we got a phone call from a representative stating that a technician was in the Albany area and would give us a call when he was enroute. (while waiting for the technician, I noticed that there was a fuse blown on the motherboard of the furnace) 45 minutes later the technician showed up and found a thermostat wire that was grounding out on the cover. He repaired the wire and replaced the fuse. We have had no issues since. Great company to deal with!

This is the second time I went with Holbrook and ended up happy with the work. Jeff and Mike (apologies if I got one of your names wrong) were both very courteous and professional. I will be using this company again if/when needed.

I loved everything doing business with Holbrook. From the initial consultation to having my mini system installed and even after. Everyone was nice, professional and friendly. I would recommend them to anyone.

Very nice young man came and worked on my new heat pump. It was blowing cold air. He puttered around with it - it seems to be a bit better now. I'm still getting used to it. Holbrook is very responsive and professional. Very happy with their service.

Very professional. Got an appointment to discuss my needs quickly. Got the work scheduled immediately. They left my basement cleaner than when they started. Got my paperwork for rebates in a very timely manner. Would recommend.
