To start, Scott C. was a great tech. He was polite, informative, and had excellent communication skills. He did everything he was supposed to do, and then some. That is why I'm giving 1 extra star.
However, my issues are with scheduling and the absolutely outrageous cost for the amount of work needed. Scott was the after hours on-call tech yesterday, and I was supposed to have a tech at 3PM. I didn't get anyone to show until after 7:15PM, and didn't hear anything until I called myself around 5PM. That was a bit irritating, but it wasn't the worst aspect of this ordeal. What was astounding was the fact that the work I needed done was so simple and required under five minutes of labor/to diagnose and zero parts to complete.
All the tech had to do was secure a component on my circuit breaker box that I overlooked, and that was it. There was nothing wrong with my AC. He felt so bad that he was obligated to stay another 25 minutes that he gave me an estimate on replacing my older units and gave me some tips going forward.
So, like I said, Scott was a great tech and an excellent asset to your company, but the price he had to give me ($300) was absolutely absurd for the work completed. I get that it was a silly mistake on my end, but had I known I could have spent half of that at another company near-by, I wouldn't have bothered with Holbrook.

Our salesman Josh was always on top of things in the sales process. The installers, Chad and Alex, were awesome. They were very professional and knowledgeable about the equipment. The were also very personable. This was our second install with Holbrook and their customer service is top notch.

On the hottest day of the summer to date, Holbrook managed to
respond to our "A/C not operating in the office" SAME day. The woman I spoke with on the phone helped us trouble shoot before they set up a service call. I appreciated that as well. Scott kept me informed and completed the job in an hour. Professional and courteous.

The team came out to install a new furnace. They were polite and friendly. They didn’t leave any kind of a mess, and they even replaced a light bulb for me! I was very pleased with not only their professionalism, but also the way they treated with with respect and some humor! These guys can come be my grandchildren, if they want!

Had our a/c installed by Holbrook, but everything we did yearly check up with in a week a/c would have a problem..since we stopped using them for yearly checkups,we haven't had any problem. When the wire to A/c was accidently shorted due to deck removal, we were made aware that the main wiring was not the proper wire to be used,we had to replace entire wire.

They were very quick to help. Someone was at the house only a couple of hours after I called. Tech was very polite and professional. He took the time to program and explain everything about the new thermostat. He also replaced the ignition switch. Very happy with the work he did.

Barney was dispatched to investigate my heating problem. He found the problem promptly and performed all the necessary repairs so that I was able to have heat in my house. Barney was very professional and made me feel like a valued customer. From the initial call to Holbrook to the repair technician everyone was kind along with the presenting the brand of great customer service.

Pretty unhappy with my experience thus far.
During scheduling I was told it would be $185 to have a tech come out to give me a quote, which I agreed to. The tech wasn't able to come out until 5 days after my call, which was fine. I was told I would be given a call before arrival (which I needed to get my dogs secured away), which never happened, so I scrambled to get my dogs upstairs after the doorbell was rung.
The tech was within the scheduled timeframe, and was pleasant. He was at my house for about 30 mins, thoroughly explained what was going on, quoted me $2000-3000 to repair my 2 year old AC unit, even though it was within warranty. I was then charged an additional $185 for an hour of "labor," + tax and told someone would call to schedule. After mentioning multiple times that I have dogs, I went back outside to my yard to find my gate wide open after he had left. Luckily I caught this before the dogs did.
I was never called back for scheduling the repair and paid $399 to have zero solid answers and still no working AC. Ultimately I decided to go with another company as a result of my experience.

Top notch company. Original install of my central AC by Holbrook was not done properly and water had leaked into my furnace ruining a pressure switch. Contacted Holbrook in the morning and they were here within 3 hours. The road service team, Scott and his partner, went above and beyond to take care of all the issues, Very professional and customer service oriented (which is not common these days).I would highly recommend Holbrook heating and AC! You won't go wrong.
