We are extremely pleased with the service provided by Holbrook Heating! Our old hot water heater suddenly self-destructed in a very noisy and painful manner which left us in horror at the thought of no hot water in the middle of January. Holbrook Heating was extremely responsive, helpful and comforting as we "feared for the worse". They immediately and professionally walked us through our options, planned a remedy and executed a replacement plan in a very short time frame. We are extremely appreciative of their assistance, professionalism and simply being there when we really needed help! Great technicians, leadership and an overall great company! THANK YOU!

I was very pleased again with Holbrook's response to my call when our hot water heater stopped working. We've used them for years. Their service technician Katrina was courteous, knowledgeable and efficient in locating the replacement part and returning the heater to service.

Communication after the signing of the contract was not good, slow or no response from the office regarding scheduling but the installation of my new HVAC system went well. I am very happy with the quality of workmanship. The two man team was at my home for two full days. They were very polite and respectful.

On a cold Sunday our heater stopped working. We called Holbrook and they said someone could come that afternoon.
Devon came and fixed the problem and replaced a faulty part.
He was very patient and thorough and pleasant after a very long day of working. We were very happy to have our heat back !

I recently called to schedule an annual maintenance on their mini-split system. I have no complaints on the system, I'm very happy with it. BUT my complaint is that in order to even schedule a service appointment, I had to give them my credit card number, expiration date and security code OVER THE PHONE!!!! I'm VERY angry about this; it's like a scam artist setup! I'm not sure what repercussions I can take? I don't mind shoving my card into an electronic card reader, but what I was forced into over the phone just to get a service date, outrageous!!!

One year later 2023, I didn't have to submit my credit card, because it's already in their system. Once again, their work is very professional and well done; highly recommend their products and service.

I have had 4 installations done by Holbrook and only one slight correction required with no problem. The serviceman that came today has been here before and is very friendly, pleasant and knowledgeable!!! An employee to be proud of. 😊

We were 2 weeks away from getting a new propane HVAC system installed from Holbrook when our current 22 year fuel oil furnace fan stopped working on a Saturday. Our current oil supply company was unable to service us so I called Holbrook. They not only came and repaired our fan, but also moved up the date of our new system installation since our current one is unreliable.
The office staff and repair tech were so helpful throughout the process.
