Phil was great when he came back to finish a few things that weren't done the first time around given materials and timing. The company is responsive! My original installation team was good with a few minor issues but the company was responsive to those and I do recommend them. They installation of AC and a new furnace was done professionally and looks great.

Devon was great!!!! Professional & very nice!!!! Answered all of my questions, which I had several! I always use Holbrook! Have always had great service with professional, nice service people! Have had prompt service in emergencies also! Would not call anyone else! And I love using a small, local business!!!!

My original tech was supposed to be here between noon and 4pm. Didn't show, I called Holbrook they ended up sending out a different tech, who was working on other sites. When he got done he came here at 7pm. Antonio was very nice and professional. He identified the problem very quickly and ordered the parts. He showed me what was causing the problem and why we had no heat.

Lennox HVAC system installed and done well. Had an issue when turned on heat for first time and they came out, diagnosed and fixed minor issue.

I had Rocco as my service tech. I Have a Mitsubishi split system. I was totally impressed with his mannerisms, Enthusiasm, and the way he conducted business. I have to say he is the best service technician I have had do my yearly service. He understands the systems, today did cleaning of all units, and a super cleaning of the outside condenser unit. In fact above and beyond anyone in the past. Rocco is a definite asset to your company his personality and mechanical ability is excellent. You should be proud to have somebody like him work for your company. In fact you can set up my appointment for next year, and please send Rocco as the Service tech.

Devon did a very thorough job evaluating the issue with my hot water heater. I appreciated his advice.

Technician was very nice, polite and quick. Communication was excellent. On time service as promised and he came the same day we called. He had all the proper tools when he arrived.

Not sure the problem wasn’t found 3 months ago with a previous service call. Today he said we needed a basic cleaning of the system and that is why my furnace wasn’t kicking on properly. I hope this takes care of it finally. Funny this is exactly what I had them out the first time. Cost is adding up. Boy prices have gotten outrageous. I think it’s over $300 for 45 min of work for today.

Mike was right on time at the beginning of my service window. He was professional and courteous and answered all questions I had. His service was quick and efficient. I would highly recommend Mike and Holbrook for any HVAC services you need.

Our service rep, Katrina, has been here before and is very friendly and explains all that needs to be done. She also is good with my Great Dane who is large and has some extra slobber that he likes to share! I enjoyed her personality - friendly and lighthearted.
One other thing that stood out was that Katrina called to let us know she was on her way and about what time she'd get there! You can't beat that kind of communication! I hope to see her again next year for our service! Thor agrees too!!
These A/C-Heating units are awesome too!! Holbrook has been great to deal with! Highly recommended!!!!!
