When we first had our furnace cleaned a few weeks ago, the tech they sent left the jump wires on the furnace and it ran continuously for over an hour. We called and they sent him back to fix the issue. Since then, twice we heard a terrible vibrating noise when the furnace starts up. Yesterday, I heard the basement smoke alarm go off. Went downstairs to see what was happening and the basement was filled with smoke and a terrible oil smell. I immediately shut the furnace down & called the company. Whitney in the office has been excellent at helping us whenever I’ve had to call. They had no one available so Colby P. came out himself from Victor as quickly as he could. He was excellent! He seemed to know immediately what the problem was and fixed it. It was a loose flue pipe. Then he stuck around to make sure the problem was resolved. We’re very pleased with the service he provided. The company is very responsive and does their best to accommodate.

They were very professional and helpful when we called in a Saturday. Came out same day to look at our furnace and was very nice and professional. Would use them for future repairs/maintenance. I liked getting the name/picture of who was coming out in an advance especially since he was coming after dark. Very nice safety feature.

Exceptional service. Prompt response. Very courteous and professional technician who was very knowledgeable and resolved the problem quickly. Highly pleased and impressed!!!

Watch out with this company. Did a very very horrible job installing the split system in a house that we just bought. I just demoed the whole thing down. Used wire for hanging flex duct, it was all crooked, holes all over the ductwork, poor quality installation.

Quentin D. came to do our annual oil furnace cleaning and maintenance. He called 30 minutes prior to arriving and then proceeded to carefully and thoroughly check on every piece and part of the furnace and tank. He worked steadily and methodically and explained several key components! He reminded us to not let the tank get too low to avoid sediment issues and really was very informative. Quentin was extremely pleasant and courteous as he worked and was sure to ask if we had any questions or concerns. It was both reassuring and a pleasure to have him service our furnace and be in our home! I hope we have the good fortune to have Quentin from Holbrook help us again! Nancy Glover

Unfortunately the tech couldn’t find the cause of the intermittent problem we have been having (heat stopped working several times when it was very cold out). He was very patient and provided me with hints to help him troubleshoot things in case it happens again.
