Very professional and quickly diagnosed the problem and cause on Rheem hp water heater- unfortunately it was unrepairable but warranty covers replacement

I appreciated how my service repair of my old furnace was applied to the purchase of a new one. Getting it done was urgent and I appreciated the office calling when they had a cancelation to get me serviced faster.

I was extremely pleased with how the crew got right to work making minimal mess and their cleanup was fantastic. I appreciated them explaining to me step by step what they were doing without breaking their stride of the installation. Overall fantastic job! I will be calling Holbrook again for more work!

We had Bronson as our service technician. He was polite, professional and extremely thorough and knowledgeable about the maintenance of our heating and cooling system. He was also very patient in explaining things to us and why he recommended certain parts be replaced. We will be requesting him as our technician in the future.

We finally found a company with Holbrook inc., that responded to our request, took care the entire time and kept us informed about the process. Jeremy was very professional. I was glad they had a cancellation and I was able to move up my preventative maintenance. My split system is 5 years old and he was very complementary on its condition. He said it looked like a newly installed system. He was very polite and answered all my questions. He was extremely respectful of my home and he wore a mask. He was able to explain other heating services that Halbrook does.

Pushy salesman roped into air quotes credit check turned into your automatically approved without consent of notifying that the install was going to happen. Service follow through never happened until out of warranty. After service was done units never worked the same again. Tried to use my Home Depot connections to address the issue but Holbrook was fired after that. Switched over to the new party and no issue since

The installation of the smart thermostat was a challenge due to my wi-fi configuration. Ann did an exceptional/outstanding job in helping me supporting me to make this work.
