GO SOMEWHERE ELSE. THEY INSTALLED A NEW FURNACE AND AIR CONDITIONER. THE NEXT SUMMER, MY AIR CONDITIONER HAD A LEAK. THEY DIDN'T TELL ME THAT THE PARTS WERE UNDER WARRANTY BUT SERVICE IS GUARANTEED FOR ONLY ONE YEAR. WHAT A RACKET. I FOUND OUT FROM THEIR COMPETITOR THAT THE UNIT WAS NOT INSTALLED USING THE BEST METHOD. THE OWNER OF CAPITAL HEAT TOLD ME NOT TO BOTHER CALLING THEM FOR SERVICE BECAUSE HIS LITTLE FEELINGS WERE HURT WHEN I CALLED HIM ON HIS SHABBY INSTALL. I GUESS THE CUSTOMER IS NOT ALWAYS RIGHT
