I had a problem with my pressure valve at 11:00pm and a tech named Tim fixed it within 30 minutes. He was friendly punctual and very knowledgeable. I would highly recommended Capital Heat to anyone who is having trouble with their furnace. Paul

Jerry and John installed a replacement air conditioner for us. They both were very competent, professional and courteous. The install was done in a timely manner. Some modifications were needed to connect to our heating system. They were well prepared to do so. I had some questions about the system and its maintenance. They took the time to make sure I understood.

Last week Capital Heat replaced a hot water tank for us. Our system wasn't up to code needing a chimney liner. They remediated the problem. We weren't aware that there was a problem. It was explained to us in a reasonable manner.

Capital Heat checks my heating and cooling system twice a year. I know it will function well due to their diligence. I highly recommend them.

Very pleased. Called yesterday as I had a problem- NO HEAT!
Very nice young lady answered the phone and said I can have someone there after 8am tomorrow as your requesting.
Today- Tech Eric called me and arrived at my house as promised. Eric got my furnace fixed 1-2-3 and then told me- I'm just telling you this so you can keep this unit going a couple more years- get us out for a maintenance call.
You know what? I will do that and I'm going to ask for Eric! He's a good guy!
Also- in 2 years when I have the furnace and central air totally replaced I'm going to call Capital as they've PROVEN what service- quality and caring are!
Thank you folks!

Had AC failure late in day. Capital was able to get someone out to our home that evening. Rick J was professional, explained everything and was always in communication with me. I ALWAYS use Capital because I can trust them, been a customer for 29 years.

Capital Heat was the low bidder for a Mitsubishi Splitter unit for my home. They installed the unit and through no fault of theirs
I had issues with the unit. They worked through the issues to my satisfaction. All the service reps./technicians etc. were prompt, courteous and knowledgeable. I would H-I-G-H-L-Y recommend Capital Heat Inc. for ALL your Heating and Cooling needs!! A+

As we all know, HVAC service calls are not cheap and when something goes wrong with the furnace or ac unit, we know it’s not going to be cheap!

And this time was no different. A control board died in my furnace and it was over $500. Coupled with the service call fees, this was over $800.

BUT - a few days later we found water pooling under the furnace and called Tim @ Capital late on a Sunday night. He came out at 10:30PM to check it out, considering they had just been there. He figured out the issue quickly, fixed it in 5 minutes, gave advice on replacing a portion of pvc, and didn’t charge - he came out on his own time.

I know this isn’t typical but wanted to give a shout out to Tim. He went above and beyond. We had been without ac for a week waiting for that replacement control board and two days later, this?!? He could tell we were exasperated and he wanted to make sure we were taken care of. Thanks Tim. Much appreciated.

I have never been more disappointed with a company in my life! I had a new furnace and AC unit put in late last year and had issues from day one. It started off with a chimney liner being installed when it shouldn't have been (this problem was corrected after NUMEROUS phone calls and threatening to contact the BBB, unfortunately it was AFTER I had already lost a tenant due to not being able to turn on their space heater thanks to the chimney liner) When I purchased the new units I was VERY specific on how I needed big enough ones to heat and cool the ENTIRE house one day because we planned on converting our double into a single and it made more sense to get them at that time rather then buy a whole new set down the road. They assured me that the units would do what I needed and even insisted I call them when we needed the duct work done (the unit upstairs has a space heater) So, since we lost our tenant and I ended up becoming pregnant with twins , we decided we might as well start the process of converting into a single starting with the duct work. So we call Capital Heat, they (Philip) come out to give us an estimate (over 2 months ago) says he will email it to me and NOTHING! So starting last Monday I have been calling to try to get in touch with him (a total of 3 phone calls and guess what??? NO CALL BACK. I have a warranty on both units so naturally I probably cant go elsewhere to have this duct work done because it will probably void the warranty on them ,so in the meantime my children (ages 13, 4 , and 3 MONTHS!) will end up with barely any heat in our bedrooms because I trusted this company. But I spoke with another company today about the duct work and now I know why Philip isn't calling me back.....its because the units I was sold are NOT capable of handling what it takes to heat and cool my entire house like I SPECIFICALLY asked for when purchasing these units. Well played Capital Heat, well played! This time I WILL be contacting the BBB especially since I wasn't even given an ounce of respect to get a phone call back to say that you made a mistake and to try and find a solution to this problem which just makes it look like I was taken advantage of.

Called for help on a difficult vent cover and Paul (owner) was so great. He listened to my situation and provided his advice. He knew what he was talking about and gave me a great alternative. Although I didnt use his services, the help he provided over the phone demonstrated great customer service. I can imagine the services he actually provides are outstanding as well.

Took care of my daughters house in the middle of winter when it was really cold. Up and running in no time. I would highly recommend

Capital Heat installed an ERV in our home. The difference in indoor air quality was noticeable within hours of installation. The quality of workmanship and the products used are second to none. Highly recommend.
