I called them up to check my furnace because of a problem. Then the woman told me it was a $139.00 service charge just to walk in the door. ARE YOU PEOPLE CRAZY ? CHARGING THAT ? So I called up Horbett Heating to come over, their service charge was $89.00 Guess who I called? 3-19-21. UPDATED 1-27-22 TO THE OWNER, My response to your response. First of all, whoever the lady that answered the phone was ,that told me the charge was $139.00. She just said that was just TO WALK IN THE DOOR. That's why I called someone else. Your employee DID NOT explain to me what that charge covers, as you stated. If she explained that the charge covered what you said, I probably would have used you to fix or replace my furnace. I even said to her, THAT"S JUST TO WALK IN THE DOOR, and she said yes, SO I suggest next time someone calls you and your employee says that charge, make sure she tells the caller what's covered in that price. AS I said , she just told me that $139.00 charge was JUST TO WALK IN MY DOOR. With saying that to me you lost a furnace sale.

Fix only what is needed, but checks everything and cleans the units. I find them to be honest and curtious. I wouldn't call anyone else.

Capital sized, quoted, and installed a new Generac generator at a competitive price. Rick was my salesman and he stayed in touch throughout the process. Capital subbed out electrical work to a competent electrician to add a new transfer switch, rewire existing panels and ultimately test the new system. Quality work all along the way. Well done!

My A/C broke down during what seemed like the hottest time of the year. I called Capital along with 3 other contractors. Rick Blatner came over the next day and inspected, recommended and advised me of my options. He was very knowledgeable and professional. He answered all of my questions to my satisfaction. The installation crew lead by Jerry F. where extremely neat and pleasant. They also explained all my questions and concerns. VERY HAPPY and glad I chose Capital Heat.

At first this company was great. They came out and got our new furnace and AC unit installed quickly. After it was installed and they got their money, they quit caring. We had issues with our AC in the beginning of summer. I called Rick Blatner to see if he could come fix it. They came out and it seemed to be working after that. Then the hot months came and our upstairs didnt cool down. I called Rick again in which he told me to fix some dampers in the basement (this shouldnt be my job if we paid Capital heat for this) but he would be sure to follow up with me. He did not. Then we tried to turn our heat on when fall started and it was blowing ice cold air. We called and set up an appt for them to come out. The lady on the phone was extremely rude to me (not really understanding why if were paying you for a service????). They came out and said we needed a new thermostat in which we paid for but also needed to pay over $100 in service fees for them to fix it. The guy that replaced it wasnt interested in answering many of our questions and seemed like he was in a hurry. He informed us that if this new thermostat stopped working, we wouldnt be charged again for a service fee. A few hours after he left, I received an email (in which she also referred to me by the wrong name...again, why? If were paying you for a service youd think youd at least get my name correct) from Jean Blatner saying we would. I would NEVER reccomend this company to anyone!!!!
