Josh is very thorough and knowledgeable in his field. I have known him for 2 years and he has worked on 4 of my buildings with me. He goes out of his way to explain things and to assist my tenants. Thank you Josh!!!

Fantastic experience start to finish. My water heater failed and John was able to visit my home the same day and provide a quote. Dave was able to install my new water heater the next day. He was professional and efficient and took the time to explain the installation and answer all of my questions. Family Danz is top notch, would recommend to anyone for their HVAC and water heater needs.

Adam and Jim did an outstanding job installing a mini split system in our attic be bedroom! They were prompt, efficient, and kept us updated on the progress of the installation. They also thoroughly explained how to operate and care for the system! The Family Danz system was competitively priced and I would have no hesitation in recommending them!

In the process of getting our furnace replaced, we experienced outstanding employees. First Chris, our charming technician, diagnosed the situation and explained it with complete clarity leading us to Ryan, who professionally offered the possible solutions. Our installers, Steffen, a bundle of expertise with a sense of humor, and energetic Jake worked so well together. It was impressive how they coordinated their tasks. We embraced the warmth of each employee the way we did our home being comfortable again. The frosting on the cake was a visit from the heart of the business, Ted. It's easy to see how his sweetness echoes through the organization.

Using Family Danz has been a gratifying experience. They remind me when to schedule appointments for maintenance and call ahead of time to confirm and again on the appointment day to tell me when they will arrive. They and their vehicles are always clean and neat, and the technicians are capable professionals, friendly and willing to answer any questions. It's always a pleasure dealing with them. A big plus for having a female technician in a male-dominated field.

Andre was amazing! Overall professional, polite, and informative. I’ve been a long time customer with this company and Andre was definitely the best technician we’ve had before and it shows in the work he has done for us. First time using Family Danz, won’t be the last. Have tried using a couple of the other local businesses and didn’t like a single one of them, techs didn’t seem to know what they were talking about, telling me my whole AC system needed to be replaced (it was a small leak where the lines were brazed), charging an insane amount of money for the smallest of things. Not Family Danz, cost of the service was extremely fair and of the ~10 different HVAC techs I’ve had at my house over the years from all different companies, Ben at Family Danz was by far the best, super knowledgeable, explained things clearly, and pointed out a couple things I should keep my eye on in between services. All around great experience
