Family Danz Heating and Cooling

Ductless A/C units were installed in 2021. Received routine maintenance on the ductless units in May 2023. Team that arrived on site was professional, on-time, and were overall great. I would recommend using Family Danz to install ductless AC units.

Called Family Danz for an HVAC furnace that wouldn't start. By the time he got there I had turned the thermostat well above the current temperature, and the furnace started. I Informed the technician that I had almost called him off, but he could check out what the problem could be. I suggested that the problem might be the thermostat. The furnace had been tuned two months prior by Family Danz on a service contract. After doing a thorough furnace inspection, he suggested we should probably replace the batteries in the thermostat. We found after inspection that the batteries were almost totally dead. And I supplied the replacement batteries. After replacing the $6 batteries the bill came to over $200 including the $129 service charge! I think a RESPECTABLE business would be satisfied with the SERVICE CHARGE.

We have been using Family Danz for several years. They are an honest company. Taylor helped us diagnose a problem today and pinpointed it even though the problem ended up being in a completely different system than what we called about. Will continue to use this business.

Had Family Danz Heating and Cooling rip out the old systems from 1986. Installed a new Bryant high efficiency furnace and A/C unit along with new thermostat, whole house humidifier, UV light and filter. Salesperson Cliff was great to deal with and explained all options very well.
I had 4 companies come in and give us quotes on this project. By far Family Danz Heating and Cooling and specifically Cliff Koenitzer was the most professional and I highly recommend them. I was familiar with the process and equipment. All 3 other companies tried to upsell or suggest things not needed.

Install crew of Mel, Kevin and Logan were all top notch and very professional. They worked great as a team and all knew exactly what they were doing. They even went beyond what was expected and wired in my generator switch.

Was quite a large investment and I am extremely pleased with the choices made and working with Family Danz.

Arrived promptly as indicated, quickly diagnosed the issue (bad capacitor) and affecting the repair. Performed routine annual service/system check. Dave was personable and efficient.

All went well, Zack and Andrea were very pleasant, informative and professional. While these men were working on the outside Andrea rang my door bell to tell me my dog wanted to come in. Giving a little extra to the experience was nice.

Shawn was excellent at explaining what he was doing. Did maintenance on air conditioning system. Made a recommendation for a bipolar ionizer but in no way pressured me to buy, just told about product and left me with information.
