Shawn came by, quickly assessed our problem, and was able to initiate ordering the part we needed for the repair. Updates provided were easy to understand and next steps were clear. Josh and Zack both asked appropriate questions to understand the problem and then proceeded to work on the solution. Josh even reviewed the old invoices to understand what previous maintenance had been done.

The technician showed up on time. She was very courteous, helpful and knowledgeable. She explained all steps and let us know how long they would take, and was able to answer all questions we had. She also gave us information about a thermostat upgrade. We thought Tayler was very professional and likable.

We woke up with no heat. Called Family Danz and Taylar was here in under an hour. Taylar diagnosed the problem immediately and fixed it within minutes. We signed up for a service agreement and will no doubt request Taylar as our technician. We have utmost confidence in her. Our dogs love her too.

While having my furnace serviced it was brought to my attention my hot water heater was leaking. Within a couple of days a new hot water tank was delivered and installed by Ben and Zack. Very professional and thorough, explained everything to me and left their work area spotless. Family Danz is my go to for all future heating and cooling needs. I highly recommend them.

Monty was very informative and helpful on the phone. After some verbal troubleshooting, he was able to prepare me for a best and worst-case scenario.

"GREAT" people to do business with, starting with Ed Brown who sized and priced our 3 zone mini-split system. He explained all our options and we choose what we wanted not what they wanted to sell. Next an install date was set up for 2 days later, The installation people showed up on time with Mel, Pat and Jim. Mel did a walk through to show what he was going to do., he kept us updated on their progress. They were very respectful of our property putting down drop cloths and wearing booties inside and cleaning up when done. They finished in 1 1/2 days and did a final walk through with Mel and went through the operation of each unit and remote control. After they left to my surprise, Ted Danz showed up wanting to personally thank us for our business. GREAT COMPANY
