They did a good job on the service. But they didn’t bring the duct parts with them to complete a connection because the woman I spoke to didn’t tell them about it. Now someone needs to come back. Poor communication.

I called for maintenance amd Sampson saw error codes , called the shop, Josh came within an hour or so and fixed the problem right there. I have found my new plumbing source after my original contractor couldn't figure it out. I can't say enough good things. Professional, courteous, social, all around great experience.

I bought a house that had an old A/C system, and Family Danz was offering a good price to replace the system with an updated one. I met with Ed Brown, who did a great job talking me through my system and explaining the options for replacement. I decided on a replacement, and within a week the technicians James Balthazor and Joe Hurd were onsite and installing it! They showed up on time, did a great job of removing the old system and installing the new one, and explained to me how to work the new thermostat. I’m very happy with the product and the service!
