Did not purchase from FD as my issue was resolved with a new thermostat. After a conversation with management regarding the issue I had I felt much better about the possibility of doing business with them in the future.

Zachary Keenan was extremely professional,caring, and saves our lives. He explored in-depth to find the cause of our furnace issue which were significant. This company and technician were exceptional. Zachary excels in his knowledge of L.P. Furnaces.

Taylor did an excellent job. She was very professional, knowledgeable and thorough. She was also very punctual, showing up at the scheduled time.

Just had furnace serviced. Doug 3 arrived on time, Doug impressed me with is skills and thoroughness. I am now getting more heat from the baseboard radiators. Doug patiently answered my many questions. It was a good choice to call Family Danz.

Shawn is very professional and honest. He is very polite, personable and is very easy to talk to Shawn explains everything and I feel he is all about great service to his customers.

Josh was prompt and courteous. Diagnosed the issue and made suggestions for next steps. Josh and Zack came back and replaced the broken part and got us back up and running.

My husband accidentally pulled out the cord for the central air when replacing the filter. Josh and his partner were great and got it fixed in no time.
