This is a Superior Commendation to the Family Danz team! We've been oil customers since 2020 and have been pleased with the excellence of customer service, oil deliveries, and the service technicians for our oil furnace.
In August, 2022 we met with John Raiti, Comfort Specialist, as we wanted to convert from oil heat to gas along with installing central AC. He is professional and respectful as he listened to us and fully explained the plan of how Family Danz can meet our needs. He did many "behind the scene" jobs (contacting National Grid for a gas line from the street to the house, scheduling their meter installation and inspection along with providing needed information for the removal of our oil tank)- just to name a few. Most importantly, John kept in contact with us from start to finish of this project!
Our conversion took place on Nov. 17th and 18th. The service technicians (James and Charlie) are greater than excellent!!! They worked non-stop for 2 full days. They removed the oil furnace, duct work and provided space heaters for us (until Nat'l. Grid came to install their meter). James and Charlie installed the new gas furnace, exhaust, humidifier, duct work, central AC, condenser, and thermostat. We can't express enough praise for their professional service and outstanding work!!!
All the people mentioned are a great asset to Family Danz. We hope they are given positive recognition as "Family" team members and each to be given a 10 star rating!!!

Fred came over and taught me why my A/C was not blowing cool air and also informed me to get a stronger circuit breaker so the issue did not arise again.
